Does anyone else see the problem with having to deliver a baby? NPC Sims won’t have babies on their own, so how will you ever be able to deliver one??

    • Nate

The career spawns random sims to be pregnant for that purpose.

  • Angela

Q1: How do you choose a different hospital than the one they give you?
Q2: How can you edit that hospital?

  • Kelly J

does anyone one know how to build more to the hospital or why my Sims cant visit it on their day off ? I cant even find the hospital to in the other world I just see retail ? if anyone knows the answers to these questions please let me know?

    • to edit hospital…shift control C…type in bb.EnableFreeBuild Hit Enter

  • You can edit the hospital while you’re on the property as a worker. You have to use the following cheat codes.

Open and close the cheat mode with Shift+Ctrl+C

Edit while on lot the code is: bb.enablefreebuild

See hidden medical objects is build mode code is: bb.showhiddenobjects

I took the time to redesign the lot as I found the layout awkward and a time waster.

  • KG

My sim is in the medical field and not receiving all their pay? Why?

  • It’s based on their performance for sure – how many tasks they complete each shift. Some think that it’s also impacted by the over hospital performance – general patient management. I’m not sure about the latter. I get bonus pay almost everyday. I complete all tasks that pop-up right up until my shift ends. I get every patient at least admitted to a bed and do extra tasks not specifically listed.
