Check out our article about City Living Lot Traits!
The Sims Team has showed us all the Lot Traits that we’ll be getting with The Sims 4 City Living in their latest broadcast!
Please note that some of these traits will be patched in to the base game while some are City Living-exclusive.

- A great place to practice your Handiness skills!
- Chef’s Kitchen
- Food prepared in this kitchen just seems to taste better and usually comes out better quality.
- Quake Zone
- Good Schools
- Mean Vibe
- Home Studio
- Sunny Aspect
- The beautiful scenery really make this place uplifting. When the sun goes down, Sims may get Energized, Happy, or Inspired.
- Cursed
- Grody
- Sims have a chance to get nauseous when eating, drinking or using the bathroom.
- Gremlins
- Stuff breaks here a lot. It’s like there are tiny goblins who come out at night and smash things…but that’s ridiculous, right?
- Penny Pixies
- Party Place
- Filthy
- From clogged sewers to grimy counters, this place seems to get dirty really quickly.
- Haunted
- Romantic Aura
- Great Soil
- Child’s Play

- A great online connection helps out those looking to improve their Programming, Video Gaming or Writing skills.
- Great Acoustics
- On Ley Line
- Science Lair
- Convivial
- Natural Light
- Gnomes
- Bracing Breezes
- Private Dwelling

I wonder what gnomes is…
I’m guessing the gnomes one either has gnome statues popping up here and there like they used to in the Sims 3.

I hope Natural Light implies that I don’t need to buy lights and pay super expensive bills…

Nope, natural light makes painting and crafting skills raise faster 🙂 That’s all really.
I’m really dissapointed with the basegame traits- there aren’t any negative ones and a slim amount of positives to choose from :/.
