A first look preview at the new Sims 4 Update coming tomorrow, featuring an official brand collaboration!
The Sims Team has just announced across Social Media that they’ll be doing an official collaboration with an official clothing brand Coach. Bringing Coach-designed attire, outfits and fashion through the upcoming Sims 4 Update on January 13th 2026!
The team included a special video preview featuring all the new items coming with the upcoming collaboration. We’ve first extracted all of the important frames from this collaboration in a gallery below.

There Will Be Simlish Swatches!
The Sims 4 Producer Ash has confirmed on BlueSky that there are going to be Simlish variants along the English “Coach” CAS assets in the following statement:
The Coach logo wasn’t localized because it’s a brand name. In another language they would still say “Coach”. We have Simlish swatches where the logo is more prominent. On tops, there are duplicate swatches that use Simlish. On the trunk, the swatches either show English or Simlish.

i have no strong feelings about brand collabs or, coach itself as a brand, but i DO hate that when they do collabs like this they don’t offer a simlish swatch version. i’ll never use any of to logo stuff, bc for me it feels alpha to have english letters in the game. if it were a pack i’d give it a miss.
It is whit a free update, and there is some duplicates whit simlish. (Why did you, just jump to a conclusion. And not read it.)

Never heard about this brand… neither Moschino back in the day. Why not Starbucks, Lego or any other well known and more affordable brand like in TS2 with H&M and Ikea?

At this point, I can’t even blame the game anymore. Our society is corrupt to the core. Everything has to be marketing, marketing, marketing, otherwise investors don’t find it profitable, and then the game (or anything in this world) ends. But apart from that, I’d never even heard of that brand before, so the marketing worked.
Well, I might be aware of the existence of this brand since 12 hours but I won’t be buying their stuff. Just like I still haven’t bought anything moschino or mac. And I wouldn’t go see spongebob if they paid me. So marketing didn’t work 100%. Not for every simmer at least. But I agree, marketing seems to be taking over everything.
Sims is absolutely gonna be doing more brand crap in their games from now on. I predicted it from when they dropped the Spunshbop kits.
I wouldn’t be surprised if the game just becomes product advertising until the slow and painful end of its lifecycle.
Neverending Marketing slop and the fans will eat up anything with the sims brand on it.
We’re in the zombie Sims era now.

Collabs with purse brand. Has no accessory purse’s on any outfit just as decor. “Smarts”
Well… It’s better than the MAC collab… and I’ll never be mad at free stuff, but it seems like an odd choice. If they have to keep doing collabs, I wish they would at least make sense. At least they have Simlish swatches. If only they would give us more drops like the West Africa one, or the pride one from last year. Cute, unbranded, usable.

The Sims Team is wrapping up final testing for a retroactive missing rails fix.
It just wouldn't be an eventful new Sims 4 feature release without that feat...
