It seems the main render of The Sims 4 Adventure Awaits has leaked.
We got a news tip from a user @FoxyDanie on X, who provided an image of, what appears to be, the main cover of The Sims 4 Adventure Awaits Expansion Pack.
This Expansion Pack was first leaked last week in a surprising Roadmap leak from an anonymous user. Then today, we got an official leak confirmation from EA with the new Roadmap image and text. And now, the first look at the next Expansion Pack:
From the cover, we can speculate that the next Sims 4 Expansion Pack will feature a new world with natural springs, archery, and possibly imaginary friends?

The Sims 4 Adventure Awaits is the 20th Expansion Pack for the series, retailed at $39,99USD (or a price equivalent to your local currency). The rumored release date is October 2nd, 2025.

I literally do not care when this pack is coming out. I will not be buying it. The current state of Sims 4 is a trash fire, and I’m not buying anything else from EA until they stop cranking out broken crap at this alarming rate and turn their attention to making the game actually playable again.
i honestly feel the same way. I’ve bought every pack but after the last two updates i was done. people need to boycott it. make it viral, so they have no choice but to fix it
I was just saying the same thing. The Sims really needs to be fixed before I buy any other pack I have every pack there is except for the last one because I can’t even say without the Sims crashing on me. I wouldn’t even mind it crashing every time I went somewhere as it does but now even when I save it I can’t even save. I’m down with boycotting.

Mine started glitching, freezing and malfunctioning after the update. I’m brand new to sims (and irritated I’ve dropped a ton of money on a game that’s now wonky). Soooo… I’m not the only one? That update messed up the game?

Yes they need to fix a lot of the packs Weddings are totally unplayable. I am not spending any more money on these worthless games.
another DLC to break the game
I predict people will say it should have been in growing together or outdoor retreat, and from what we can see so far I will probably agree – but at this point I don’t even care. I can’t wait for more family activities and real gameplay, and I just hope it will be worth my money this time. The last two EPs were huge disappointments, and if this world can easily blend in with the ones from Base Game or ones we already have with other packs, then we can hope for a BB catalogue with actual new gameplay items and not just the usual 10 new windows/doors/wallpapers/roof decor, new swing, new bar and new woohoo bush…
they’ve been dividing themes that used to be in a single pack last generation with literal 4 – 5 DLCs, and the more DLCs they release, the more the game breaks, in 2 years the game will have almost 200 DLCs

Yes and I agree with you, that’s why I kinda gave up on the Sims 4, I used to be an avid simmer and would buy all the EPs because it was my happy place but now I’m not interested in spending all my savings in half baked packs and kits. If a pack is not 100% my cup of tea I wont buy it. But finally this one seems very promising, this is something I can see myself use a lot if it’s well done.
I’m not giving EA any excuses for waiting 10 years to release this expansion, which is essential and should have come out in the early years of the game instead of the ridiculous “Outdoor Retreat” game pack, right after the seasons for example, but since they have a knack for messing things up on this opus, don’t expect too high expectations.

I’ve been asking for a Caribbean world since Sulani, Tartosa, and Tomarang were the only beach-themed world that are based on Hawaiian/Polynesian islands, Mediterranean region, and Southeast Asia. But no, my hope is lost, and you know what? I’m still gonna buy this pack anyway. I will always be the master of buying The Sims 4 content packs, as long as The Sims/Maxis/EA team will acknowledged my request, so I want my wishlist to be complete when it comes to adding some Black/African/Caribbean representation such as, a reggae radio station.

This feels a little like the description of this pack from a previous survey.

Yeah, I thought of that too when I saw that the event was gonna be focused on children. Looks like that earlier leak was fake, especially considering it implied no occults in the next pack, whereas this pic teases the return of imaginary friends (and possibly Bigfoot from that description’s mention of discovering new creatures).

I’ve been waiting for cars for years now. They could work really well, exactly like those in the sims 2. So many packs and for what?
Maybe they’re waiting until SIMS 4’s 16th bday to give us cars lmfao if so the game may be more broken then ever by then. And I bet by then even the players who absolutely hate having to wait and rebuy new stuff for a game will want a brand new game lol
Hopefully with SIMS 5 for whenever we get weather it’s 5 years or 50 I hope they give us a lot of stuff as base game and at launch so it can be built upon better and not break so much!

I’ve spent over £1,000 on the sims 4 (Xbox). It’s always crashing (game just shuts off), you can’t save game (when you try to save game the game shuts off). A message pops up saying we’re adjusting graphics then the graphics go blurry. So I won’t be buying anymore, the game is a shambles, it’s actually shocking!
Man EA! Instead of trying to get more money out the people who’s fighting for a game yall destroyed. Why don’t we try focusing on fixing all these damn bugs yall have. Not some but all of them first. Im on buying strike till its done.. ok!! I dont care what’s coming out. Now let’s get to work EA!!
The way ea keeps putting out these updates that break the game. We spend real money to play this game they push out these updates twice a month sending the whole sim community in an uproar, and then just blame it in mods. YALL KNOW PEOPLE PLAY WITH MODS… Work with the main modders to do updates that don’t break your game. I barely play anymore, because I spent WEEKS creating the perfect city and it just wiped away with a damn fairy update. NOT COOL. I also play with my 9 yr old daughter and she has lost interest because she says mommy my Sims are gone!!!! Y’all been doing this for too long to still have such an unstable game

I think I am a little old to be playing with an imaginary friend and if you have one it means you have no real friends. What a mean thing to put in the game. Ea should fix the issues in the game packs before putting out new ones. Some people will spend all kinds of money because they are so addicted to playing the game.
Super excited about archery…. Need that for a character. Or would be if my game wasn’t glitching, freezing, and crashing out constantly. Regardless, the pack is coming and it absolutely needs to come with a park ranger job! There are too many of us who want a park ranger job to deny it’s a perfect new job to have! And the park should offer perks and collectibles specifically for Boy and Girl Scouts like they do in real life. As well as an off the grid coffee pot & reindeer ears headband for a dog.
(And for those about the comment about the load times, we use ps4 -not a Computer- so no CC or mods. I have many packs and add on’s. Couldn’t decide if the issues were from buying new stuff from EA, sim count, or something else but I’m reading that it seems to be consistent with the newest update since it started after the update and apparently happened to a ton of other people too. AND some hairstyles that I loved and I as excited to use on new sims disappeared with other items just gone. Why update it if updating messes stuff up?! My IT Dept at work breaks something on our software with every update too… my work computers now have less options and availability than they had 5 y sea ago and at seems like Sims is doing the same kid of “apple updates” to the game.)
