The next Sims 4 Roadmap has been confirmed thanks to EA App!
Well, now we know that all those initial leaks about The Sims 4 Adventure Awaits, and the next Roadmap, are actually true! Let’s break down everything we know:

New The Sims 4 Roadmap Leak
Last night, the official EA App program updated its The Sims 4 store page with a new segment talking about the next Sims 4 Roadmap. Captured by @EvanLe24 on X, the newest Leak talks about an Adventurous new Expansion Pack, several new Kits and a limited time event “all about Childhood”.

The official link to the Roadmap is currently linking to a 404 page. However, we know by the URL that the official name of this Sims 4 Roadmap is called “Escape? Or Escapade”.
Thanks to the EA App leak, we now also know that the new Sims 4 Limited Time Event starting September 23rd (or sometime around that) is related to childhood.
What’s in that Roadmap screen?
Several interesting elements can be found in the new, higher quality Roadmap screen. We can see an illustration of an activity that looks like butterfly catching, shooting arrows at a target and several cutesy bears that look like they came from a child’s imagination.
What’s coming to The Sims 4 from September to December 2025
Now that the leak confirms The Sims 4 Adventure Awaits, as well as the upcoming Sims 4 Roadmap, we can safely assume that the leaked Sims 4 Roadmap is true. Here’s what you should expect for The Sims 4 from September to December 2025, according to the original leak.
Know that some things, including the time mentioned in the Roadmap leak are subject to change. Considering that the roadmap was initially planned to be released on August 26th, according to the first leaks.

Sims 3 store did have a roller coaster for the Boardwalk addon of Roaring Heights as well.

The game is so broken that I’m not excited at all. After the update it’s literally unplayable, even on console with no mods.
I mean, I play console and have no mods, and i can still play the game just fine. I havent had any issues at all

sounds about right honestly. RIP Stuff Packs and Game Packs. Didn’t they form a European studio for stuff packs or something starting with Home Chef Hustle?
They moved them to EP since those are the most profitable, Businesses & Hobbies was made by them
shoutout to the sims team for realizing they don’t have to do game packs anymore. they can just make the same amount of content as a game pack, call it an expansion pack, and charge more for it!

I mean, inflation is actually a thing. The increasing prices of everything naturally affects the cost attached to running a business, as well as game development.
We don’t have to like it, but it is what it is, unfortunately.
But somehow, SOMEHOW, these inflations don’t really affect salary, do they?

I don’t think they will increase the price, especially given the number of bugs in the game, players would not accept it, we just say that it was more expensive to design given inflation but also because it took longer to produce than the other expansions, but not that the sale price would be changed, EA can’t afford it if as we say, they expect 10 million copies sold, I think they are betting on the same price, but with more sales than some expansions to make it profitable.
$40 in 2009 is $60 in 2025. If they aren’t going to raise the price because players will complain then players need to accept they are only willing to pay for ⅔rds the content.
There will definitely be archery, because a few days before, the person who leaked the roadmap had posted an image showing archery, a water tobagan, a few days before, so it looks like an amusement park, I’d say.
On the other hand, I think the dates are wrong. We were supposed to have the roadmap on August 26th. Now, if the trailer is on September 4th, there’s too little time left to unveil the roadmap and release the trailer right away. I’m also still perplexed about an October release. Expansions always come out in November, and it’s said that a kit comes out only a week after the expansion’s release. This never happened. I think all of these will have dates later than announced on the roadmap, and that explains why we haven’t had the official release of the roadmap yet.
Well I’m all for some free children buy items and activities! Just today I was thinking how very little they actually have in basegame. Like, even a swingset is missing from the base game and requires DLC (Sims 3 had it in basegame). It would be cool to see some more playground equipment! And it’s free (the events) so I’ll take it anytime!
I don’t know what it means but this takes me back to ancient times of my childhood.
I can’t play the game now after Enchanted by Nature because the game keeps crashing. When will that get fixed? I had to disable the pack to stop it from corrupting my saves after crashing my game.
I just want my game to work. Let’s start there.
Can we all agree to not buy a new pack until they fix the current games we already have. Every time I have an update for the sims my game no longer works after the update which is mandatory before you can start the game. I have spent so much money on packs and have spent so much time making progress. Just to have to uninstall and reinstall the game and lose all my progress. This is so stressful I have played the sims since it first came out in 2000. Everybody may not be experiencing this but a lot of us are. EA can we please get a fix or solution!
