A new EA Playtester survey is researching into player’s satisfaction with the current state of The Sims 4 Series.
We received a new message from one of our readers about a third survey roaming around the EA Playtester circles. Sims player who’d like to stay anonymous shared a new official survey about The Sims 4 Base Game. It contains both questions about favorite townies in The Sims 4 and another set of questions asking about the general satisfaction and statements for The Sims 4 series.
Here’s what the original email of the new Sims 4 survey stated for playtesters:

Hi Playtester!
We are eager to hear from you! Dive into a survey and share your thoughts on current and future concepts. Participation is entirely up to you, and while there’s no compensation, your feedback is the magic that fuels our creativity.
Take a moment to complete the survey at your own pace. There are no right or wrong answers — just your honest insights.
Thanks,
– The EA Playtesting Team

New The Sims 4 Official Survey Questions
We’ll be skipping through all the Sims 4 Townies questions as they are the same as the ones from the public survey. You can see what it contains here and vote on our Community Poll about favorite Sims 4 Townies!
The new set of Sims 4 Official Survey questions ask the player about their thoughts on The Sims 4 in general. Asking if they’re satisfied and excited when playing new features, do they trust the game to be reliable as it becomes more complex and so on. Many of these questions touch on the topics that a majority of Sims players have been leaving feedback and comments on The Sims official media accounts. It’ll be interesting if they take any of the feedback into account!
When it comes to the Official Survey for The Sims 4 itself, you won’t be able to take it, at least not from this article. If you’ve been selected by EA Playtesting you can give it a go and prepare with these statements below:

Long Live TS4!!!
BG updates:
Packs and Kits
I’ve always wanted hotels in the sims 4, and seeing how badly Adventure Await works, I don’t want them anymore.
People don’t understand that cars are IMPOSSIBLE in The Sims 4.
If, for example, they decided to do that, people would be very disappointed; it would be extremely basic since the game isn’t designed for that.
I don’t know if cars are impossible. They’d be just like TS2 cars, which I actually preferred, with probably a bit more nuance like maintenance, car washing, gas/fuel/charge, trunk or treats, detailing, etc. I think there’s a way to satisfy the simmers who want cars and add to the game without needing an open world. More than cars, I just want comprehensive world-to-world travel that makes more sense than bikes. Motorcycles, vespas, air travel, skateboard, scooter, box-cars for kids, and better boats.
There’s already garage stuff, scuba diving and night life.
“The world graphics, lighting and buildings in The Sims 4 look and feel stylish, modern and cohesive.” – one of the biggest joke
lmao true, the lighting is so bad in the sims 4 since day one. Modern not at all, feel stylish yes, building maybe.
Ich frage mich, was das bedeuten soll? Ich dachte, sie lassen Die Sims 4 jetzt sterben?
This seems to be hinting even more obviously that TS4 might be coming to an end very soon.
I feel like if it ends after this next royalty EP, it would feel a bit sudden. I really want at least a couple smaller packs and maybe 1 more EP that really drives home the finality of it.
Honestly though I’d settle for just having a Bands GP in a worse case.
I don’t understand why people are asking for stuff here. Lol
Ppl talk nosense here
Honesty bringing back a few old features would be nice. I always wanted them to bring cars back and flushing that with more styles or types. I loved being able to have the Sims drive in them with the advancement in the teen experience the idea of the parents teaching them to drive is fun. I would also like to see the return of the bear–probably a minority on that one but it was always funny and annoying. I enjoyed trying to get around him even as the camera zoomed in on them. With them bringing back the burglar I figured that was a concept they weren’t opposed to. The biggest fix needs to be with how each individual Sim interacts with their jobs/school. If you have a large family tree you shouldn’t have to spend a time each day in each to be sure they know to go to work. It’s extremely frustrating to get all their performances up then come back only to discover they didn’t go to work or stop attending class. For university students coming back to them on probation is especially annoying if they are near graduation. Simple work around could be tie their autonomy to the responsibility function or if they have that trait the Sims will naturally do homework, attend classes or go to work. Leaving out things like study for exams, special assignments and at home assignments would ensure that you don’t become too dependent on the autonomy
