The Sims Team has released a brand new Update for The Sims 4, fixing the save game issue!
To download the latest version of The Sims 4, simply open your Origin program and if the game doesn’t update automatically, right click on The Sims 4 and select ”Update”.
In case you have Mods or Custom Content, the game will automatically disable them for you after first launching The Sims 4 after the update. To re-enable all your Mods and Custom Content, select the Settings option in the Menu and select Settings. Under the”Other” section you’ll find the ”Enable Custom Content and Mods” option. Check it and restart your game in order for it to take effect!

I like to count things, sometimes things you don’t even know I’m counting. 99, 100, 101, 102… Did you see 102? Well, if you did rest assured, we saw it too. We cleaned up that little mess with 102, and your saves are now peachy keen.
Dead Sims hiding in the Netherworld have also been a little troublesome lately. A dead Sim that hasn’t re-surfaced will no longer be counted toward the Sim Count in Manage Households. Phew! Thank goodness because that was a lot to count!

It really is though. Game crashes. Seen as naked to other sims while wearing pets only clothes. can’t bill owners at clinics. bugs when bathing pets. bugs when making grilled food. bugs when training vet employees. Etc. etc. etc. FIX IT!
i have just started updating my game should i stop?
How about the bug that makes pets scared for days on end when you take them to a vet and get them a shot or a get well treat? If you don’t remove the buff they end up being scared for ages. I get the idea that vet visit is a scary thing but for the love… my dogs were scared for 4 days and I tried everything before I got fed up and removed the buff.
This doesn’t fix much, I still have random dirty tubs that just turn dirty by themselves, sims bathing in their clothes, dogs trying to walk like the sims when getting toys, animals constantly acting skittish when its not even a trait, Sims unable to use toys with the animals, the list goes on and on, I tried repairing the game no mods in my game, everything was fine till Cats and Dogs.
I breed my two cats and my female cat gave birth but no kittens appeared. I was able to give names to 3 kittens that never arrived in my home. They would show up n the manage worlds screen but never in the game file. That’s weird. So many bugs. Skittish actions from a cat that doesn’t have the skittish trait. $40 is a lot of money for this many issues so early on. Were there any game testers even working on what now seems like an unfinished product???
perhaps a patch in which Vampires don’t react to sun when its 7 at night.
I cannot even create a dog. If I try to do so, the game freezes and then crashed. Also if you have the police officer career, when you go to a crime scene you cannot find evidence anywhere neither clues and the sim cannot advance for promotion. The list goes on and on but I just mentioned a couple.
I dont want to be annoying or anything but I can not even start up the game and it closes on it self….. Help! Also my gallery is very weird, I cant se emy own creations and can put them back into the world…
Earlier when my sims got a flirty moodlet, they’d do romantic interactions to their spouses and occasionally to some other sims. But after the Cats and Dogs ep they’ve been flirting with EVERYONE (including their closest friends [both men and women] when im having a club gathering) and it’s driving me crazy! > this has to be a bug! has anyone else experienced anything similar?
Not sure if these are all bugs, but they bug me.
1- I feel at a certain point the dog should be able to go potty on its own without always being told
2- My sim just stands there and does nothing forever if I have him interacting with animals that decide to leave while i have interactions queued.
3- During woohoo sometimes they just stay under the covers and i have to go into build mode to move the bed and then it gives them a bad woohoo mood
