Another major whoopsie in the leak department has happened.
You probably already know that The Sims Team has announced that there’s going to be 3 Packs on the course from April 2020 till September 2020. Now that we have The Sims 4 Eco Lifestyle Expansion Pack and The Sims 4 Nifty Knitting Stuff Pack, all that’s left to be revealed is the upcoming Game Pack, and it turns out that we are one step closer to finding out what it’s all about.
The Sims’ official website posted a tutorial on their page on how to enter and play their latest The Sims Sparkd challenges. However, it seems they accidentally left the icon for the next Game Pack on the Main Menu. Take a look…

The icon is for the Family Portrait item that players received via The Sims Mobile, nothing new I’m afraid.
The icon for the portrait is in a different section of the menu and is a different color. It’s a pink rectangle with two silhouettes.
It was the collab with TheSimsMobile.

That’s been there, it was a limited time free item, a family portrait (literally just a picture frame), that is no longer available to download. It’s not new though.

it cant be that because the game pack is supposed to be something that has never been done before but future has been done several times in the past
I’m going with space. They said the GP was going to be something they’ve never done before. Future was the final Sims 3 EP. A winter themed vacation hasn’t been done but the content that would’ve contained is too similar to some of the things we could do in Sims 3 Seasons, and Island Paradise, even if it wouldn’t be remotely surprising if they were like “brand new never been seen before content” only for it to be old content with a different spin on it. Like resorts are something we got in Island Paradise and winter activities like snowboarding and pond skating were provided in seasons (Sims 3). However, a space centric pack is different and I’m intrigued as to what that would look like in terms of new content considering the fact that we have aliens, the world of Sixam and other space related aspects in the game. I’m thinking if I’m right the world might be a throwback to Lunar Lakes too. Hopefully Bella Goth reference (but I doubt it).
That was my thought as well. Open up lots to build on on an alien world, flesh out the alien-type sim, work the alien plants & collectibles into some of the other systems that have been introduced. Lots of new items could introduced in that theme.
I see mountains, a cow, the moon and a few stars. Hoping it’s farming. I’d be ok with Aliens or Star Wars. Could also be the snow pack they gave us a survey on back in February.

It looks like a astronaut, space package. Cause of the 3 circles to represent the moon, and other planets. It’s a shame it’s not a westren theme or a ski lodge. If it’s about traveling to the moon I won’t be adding it to my sims. Now a westren or a ski lodge would be better. I would like to see cars, horses, motorcycles, ,boats, and airplanes. Very long hair, purses, better shoes, and 50′ ,60’s, 70’s ,80’s style of clothing. Egg shape chairs. More stuff to plant, and more stuff to cook and drink. And bigger lots to build on. Beauty salon to build and own. Building an amusement park would be cool. Owning clothing thats leather and fringe style. Owning boats, planes, cars, and motorcycles. Pool tables, volleyball, golf, tennis, baseball and other stuff would be good too.
It’s the future themed one for sure.

On the icon, there looks to be a mountain on the right and some ski chalets on the right. The three circles could be the moon being shown in motion as it rises and falls. The moon does affect the tides and weather, which probably will contribute to snowfall for mountains. Chalets and snow resorts would be a good opportunity to add bunk beds to the game, and we did get a future cube prediction/hint alluding to bunk beds just this week.
hopefully it’s something useful . & something we want otherwise it’s just a waste ..

If it does turn out to be futuristic (seems most likely from the icon) hopefully that means fleshing our aliens more as well as update the astronaut career so u can “work at home”. It would probably annoy some people if they added flying cars or another futuristic transportation but not have cars patched into the basegame.

I will not be buying another Sims expansion pack until they create one for disabilities. I would like to see a pack with casts, wheelchairs, prosthetics, crutches etc. like these are things that make the sims more human. Nifty knitting tho?

Since we did some voting on things Simers want not too long ago, the only thing I can think of is possibly a “Travel” pack. It’s under the Game Pack column so, I guess time will tell. If it is travel, I hope they put more than one venue in it.
P.S. Still waiting for them to bring back slow dancing for our sims.
