Exclusive look at the first in-game screens from Sims 4 Adventure Awaits, with a warning from an anonymous leaker.
The information about the next Expansion Pack titled The Sims 4 Adventure Awaits can’t stop leaking. We first got a leak last week for the next Sims 4 Roadmap and Expansion Pack name. Followed with an official EA App leak that confirmed the Roadmap. And then a leaked first look at The Sims 4 Adventure Awaits Cover, which confirmed first new features.

The first look at Adventure Awaits Expansion Pack gives a glimpse at the new Family gameplay coming. Including Archery, a new World and possibly Imaginary Friends as a new occult. Although not officially confirmed yet.
Yesterday, we received an anonymous e-mail from a user with, what appears to be, a temporary email account. The images they provided look real and match the first cover art leak.

Still, the apparent leaker also wants to get a message across. “Before everyone gets it I wished people would stop buying new packs and reconsider it, demanding the foundation to be fixed” – stated the new anonymous leaker in an email to us.
Which is why you’ll also see a very specific watermark across the leaked footage material. The watermark states “don’t buy packs for a broken game”, with what appears to be official screen showcase and cover art for The Sims 4 Adventure Awaits.
First Feature Screen for The Sims 4 Adventure Awaits
The first feature screen for The Sims 4 Adventure Awaits Expansion showcases three different sceneries / stage setups.
The first with a couple of Sims meeting up in front of an outdoorsy venue. The second frame showcases Sims using new gym equipment, including the new dumbbells (as seen in promotional footage for The Sims 4 Lovestruck EP) and new indoor bike cardio stations. The third frame shows child Sims having fun in a Summer-camp themed bedroom. Filled with bunkbeds, new recipes and toys.
Take a look yourself in the first feature screen below:

The anonymous leaker also sent the widescreen version of The Sims 4 Adventure Awaits Cover Art. Including a clearer look at the new world coming with this Expansion Pack release.

A survey from September 2024 has been circulating the internet as of lately with the latest Sims 4 Adventure Awaits leaks. Players have noticed that the description for Expansion Pack 7 listed in that survey matches the pack’s leaked imagery and themes the most.
The Sims 4 Expansion Pack 7
Embark on life-changing adventures where children discover new hobbies through recreation and exploration activities that shape their future interests. Create your own sleepaway camp with beaches, lakes, rivers, and pools, where kids can socialize, play, and learn new skills under the care of lifeguards, camp counselors, and babysitters. Dive into endless water activities, uncover camp myths, discover new creatures, make lasting friendships, and develop hobbies to share with the whole family.
I’m mentioning this in the final aspect of the article to warn players that Sims 4 Surveys can contain multiple information and suggested themes and features. That doesn’t mean that they might end up in the final version of a product, or in this case, the final version of The Sims 4 Adventure Awaits.
Keep your expectations set and wait for more information about the pack before drawing a conclusion about what the pack might include!

My first impression was pretty positive and I love the 3rd screenshot, but the 2 others are very confusing… Why do they look like a Lovestruck DLC? Also is it me or is that a mini golf court in the background of the art cover?
Just noticed the rug with the canoes, I think it’s pretty safe to say it will be part of the new activities. There’s also new body details with band aids. What seems to be a cocoon, and since we now can catch butterflies (butterflies and hand net on the cover and roadmap) maybe we can breed them and keep them as pets? There’s also a smaller sized doll that looks quite creepy, different from the (yet to be confirmed) imaginary friend.
Ithink this ep is a mix of ts2 freetime and bon voyjage. Like ther adding more detail to existing Hobbys like Fitness proten shsle ( at gyms we likeky can now order them easier with a mixer animation instead of the normal bar one) mayby this will be the Hobbys pack people asked for while also giving us a hotel like lot and Familie vscation overhaul
The background for the cover art is like a Sims version of Yellowstone National Park with the wooden walkways through the geyser trails and one of the geysers currently erupting in the far right.
Oww, so the orange/yellow bit we can see under the father’s arm could just be hot springs? Gotcha!
Looks like a geothermal pool, also found at Yellowstone.
Its not dlc to these. Its more like this ep micxes Familie cvscation withba Hobbys EP. Ther might ubdate Hobbys as a whole
“DON’T BUY PACKS FOR A BROKEN GAME” 100%!!!!!!
Ts4 isnt broke. You cant expect them to not make no packs when thats what alows them to ubdate the game
Why impose another gym on us, there are at least 20 in the game, I don’t understand, the first image is rather romantic, I don’t understand there either, only the summer camp seems interesting, but I don’t see the connection with the rest, if the children are in summer camp, they are not with their parents, I wonder what will justify the production cost, for the moment, nothing extraordinary, it could be justified if there were several worlds, one for the family, one for summer camps, but let’s not dream, they will put everything in 3 districts, which risks being very small for holidays or exploration for example.
My game isn’t broken, so can I buy it?
Thank you for your permission, anonymous, meaningless person to me xD
i agree w/ this leaker’s point, tons of games come out full-priced now-a-days with fundamental issues and then they continue to ask you for more money thru microtransactions or dlc.
but i constantly see people calling the sims 4 “fundamentally broken” and then not elaborate on any issues that have been there since the beginning, instead focusing on bugs that have only cropped up fairly recently. updates causing bugs is normal, the sims 4 typically releases hotfixes for them fairly quickly, while more confusing ones can take awhile to investigate and be fixed. i think it’s completely fair to be annoyed at how long certain bugs have taken to be fixed lately, but again, they do not make the game “fundamentally broken.” i have not even run into most of the bugs that people report.
I think for a lot of these people, Sims 4 is the only game they play or have ever played, so they don’t understand that this is just the nature of gaming as a whole now. Games are so incredibly detailed and convoluted in their design that bugs and glitches are absolutely guaranteed in every game, but especially so for live service, constantly updated games with additional dlc and such. Browsing around the internet anyone can see what people are saying about Sims 4 are the exact same things people are saying about other live service games like Overwatch, Dead by Daylight, Destiny 2, etc.
It’s also clear that the people being the most vocal about Sims 4 being “fundamentally broken” and begging for a Sims 5 (which would only have more issues) never played Sims 3 because that game is legitimately fundamentally broken and always has been. Sims 4 is incredibly stable and playable for a game with almost a hundred dlc additions and over a decade of updates.
I disagree with that statement. Looking back at the first release of Sims 4 you can clearly see how much this game was lacking. Sure, now after all these base game updates all is better when it comes to the base game but if you consider the fact that everytime when a new pack is released, something else is breaking (last case was of pregnancy tests for example) it means that the game is in fact fundamentally broken due to the fact how messed up the code of the game is. On top of that you have simulation lag, sims not responding, duplicates of BG trees that spam the catalog, duplicates of the same exact animation that take up extra space, and so on. Hello, we are in 2025. Taking Cyberpunk 2077 as an example that is far superior than Sims 4 and the amount of hate they got in comparison to how people protect Sims 4 is wild to me.
People who are giving me dislikes are the reason this game is in the state as it is. Used to be a huge fan of Sims series, and its disheartning to see it be the way it is now. Feel free to dislike this one too, proving further how you won’t allow an honest, objective criticism.
I wish I could reach the levels of delulu these ppl have istg. Life would be a dream. You’re so right about Cyberpunk 2077 too.
The sims 3 broken in 2025, you’re kidding, I mean it was the case at the time but not as much as the sims 4, don’t insist, but now it runs very well compared to the sims 4, I play it a lot and I don’t have any problems anymore, the graphics are even better on modern PCs. You have no excuse to defend the bugs of the sims 4 some of which have never been resolved, it’s because of people like you that EA never questions itself because you accept everything, and that it’s normal, well no; it’s not, when we continue to sell an extension like “For rent” which causes corrupted saves, it’s a scam, we stop the sale, until it is functional, but no everything is normal of course.
I’m sick of it too. If they don’t want to play anymore, that’s fine, but don’t tell me what I should and shouldn’t do with my money. They’re not my accountant.
This is giving “they ran out of ideas” because we already have some of this stuff and they are just sprinkling in a few new things to “make a new idea.” We have outdoor retreat that they could have refreshed like the Spa Day pack. They could refresh fitness stuff and add in these objects, but instead they put it behind a new pay wall and are selling old ideas in new clothes.
Just based on this one screenshot I feel like the main feature of this pack are going to be customizable getaway camps – the first image being a singles camp, the second one a fitness/weightloss camp, and the third one a summer camp for children. If im heading in the right direction with this speculation, then my initial hype for this EP is starting to die down, cause I feel like were not getting hotels anytime soon. New gym equipment is cool, tho!
Where are the hotels with beaches where you can go scuba diving? Maybe give us more swimming options beside swimming around or back floating. When are they going to listen and give the game more adventure. A lot of us have been asking to fix Island living. This is going to be a big disappointment! I am so sick of spending money on cheaply made games that are expensive! Stop creating stupid stuff packs that are just objects to look at and make the Sims 4 more fun and playable! I have bought every Sims game since they first came out, and it just kept getting better with each one, until the Sims 4 came out, and now it just keeps going downhill! Not happy!
simsmatticaly confirmed that hotels will not be in this expansion, so much so that we will never have them, and yes you are right, at some point, you have to be lucid and know how to say stop, I am waiting for paralives for a new adventure.
In a way, I completely agree with the anonymous user. New content is exciting, but when the existing content is malfunctioning, I wish they would sort that out first. I also realize that that is not nearly as fiscally exciting to those who are seeing epic funds spent. But if your house isn’t in order? Why are you putting on an extension?
My greatest wish for fixes comes with Eco-Lifestyle’s community lots — please please sort this out before you give kids an imaginary friend. Cause it feels like these are imaginary lots, with the use most people get out of them these days.
are y’all ready for another disappointment?
It’s so obvious.
Looks fun! I do agree that we have been getting a lot of content back-to-back, but I will definitely be getting this one.
The things I see so far that excite me the most are the new cute short textured hairstyles & the long braids for kids, the kid related activities & hobbies, the cardio bikes & dumbbells (FINALLY!), and the customizable rec camps.
I can’t wait to play this and see what kind of camps other players create
I’ll wait for the trailer but I’ll probably like it and pre order anyway. I always like to have new possibilities in the game.
