The Sims Team has just announced a new, limited time event called The Sims 4 Forever Friends. Lasting from September 23rd to November 4th 2025, you’ll be able to get exclusive rewards by completing special limited quests each week. With the first reward being a login reward!

The Sims 4 Forever Friends Event Roadmap
Each week there’s a new Reward to obtain with The Sims 4 Forever Friends Event. Including:
- Login into The Sims 4 Base Game: New Plushie
- Week 1: New Magnet Board, Hand Accessory and Recipe
- Week 2: New Photo Frame, Feminine Top and Pillow Object
- Week 3: Toy Decor, New Shoes and New Bottoms
- Week 4: New Outfit for Adults and Child Sims, New Trait
- Weekly Rewards also include new Magnet Collectables
Week 1 is expected to be unlocked when the event begins on September 23rd, 2025. You’ll have until November 4th, 2025 to complete all the quests and claim your limited prizes above!
The latest Sims 4 Limited Time Event is expected to be installed into the Base Game with the upcoming Sims 4 Update release. We’ll make sure to keep you posted about all the exclusive rewards information and quest steps right here on Sims Community!

There’s no need for outfits for women yet. This event should have been just for kids. It seems nicer than the previous one, but it remains to be seen if it will be as tedious and redundant in quests, because the previous one was really tedious. Luckily, Simscommunity offered a guide, otherwise I would have spent hours on it. I couldn’t even remember the location of the secret cave in “Oasis Springs.” Without the site’s help, it would have taken me too long to find it, and all that tinkering was so boring and painful. I hope it will be easier this time. It’s free, but I don’t really like these events that feel more like chores or obligations to get these rewards. I prefer things included for free in updates or express deliveries.

They (and the article) are talking about the event, and the event’s trailer literally states “Embark on a journey that captures the magic of childhood”. So it would’ve made sense for the rewards to be fully child focused. No need to be rude either way.
It’s been a crazy long time since they did a Sims Delivery. Used to love those little surprises, too.
this should’ve been focused on kids clothing way more. i suppose the athletic gear for women could be because some of the workout theming of adventure awaits, but it barely looks different from items we already have, and it makes the overall event look all over the place. i’m excited to see what the new trait or maybe aspiration is?

anyway, i know that, but this specific set of items for the limited event still could have been a bit more cohesive. it feels like it’s 80% kids stuff and then random items. either focus fully on the kids aspect, or make it even more varied and give us a taste of everything coming with the pack.

None of these items are appealing. Guess im not doing the event either, nor am I pre-ordering the pack. The pre-order content doesnt make sense either.
it doesn’t make sense that if you pre order you get free stuff when you can still buy it and still be able to buy it AND get the free stuff. i think it’s funny when the haters and desperate ones talk crap and then they pre order it like you could of waited until it was released to still buy it and get free stuff. EA acts like they’re like everyone else that if you pre order before release date you get rare stuff and then that’s it you miss out on it or you have to buy the stuff for extra. it’s all a gimmick and honestly a huge scam. this isn’t “good” marketing.
and yes incase haters try to say you get a month to get the free stuff. but still, why pay them anything until it’s actually released?
…. I meant the items they used for the pre-order bonuses and the event items. With past events, it kind of made sense what the rewards were and the pre-order items made sense with the packs, but it all looked like stuff that could have gone with that one cozy or book pack. But yeah, ill probably wait to buy the pack until we see if its bugged
The pillow is a total waste of an item. How do you even use it? If it snapped into place on couches, chairs, and beds maybe but now….

this has always bothered me as well. you can basically just place them on the floor by themselves and that’s it. nobody puts their throw pillows on the floor… i want to put them on chairs and couches!! but if i try using the cheat to raise the item, there’s still a disconnect and it looks so awkward.

Can we really just get a update on the men’s clothes and shoes and jewelry selection for them . And a really cool idea can there be a update to where grass growth is enabled and lawn mowers and weed eaters are available then there can be a new job as well landscaping job that would be freaking awesome

I was just coming to ask if they canceled it
so, the app has the notice that the event is out… where is it? its not coming up in my game, and I dont have the “events” tab on the main screen. geez.
My child sim watched TV with the new “friend” a few spaces away. Did not complete the “place plushie near TV”. What is the deal. I can’t put it much closer unless I cheat and place it ON the sofA.
Okay, it didn’t work 2 spaces from the TV (close to the sofa). Had to be 1 space from the TV on that same wall, where there was no way “it” could see the TV, so how exactly are they watching “together” with the plushie facing the child, not the TV?
How to stop the quest
I’m stuck! It wants me to chat with the tree 2x. I’m clicking on the tree and it’s not giving me the option to chat, only to view and visit sylvan glade. Is there another tree I’m supposed to be looking for?
