I’m seeing a lot of questions and issues on our website related to redeeming The Sims 3 Town Life Code. Here’s a small step-by-step tutorial that will help you to get your free copy of Town Life Stuff!
Step 1:
Visit thesims.com/anniversary. Click on the ”Start Here” button to redeem your code.
Step 2:
Enter your Origin Account details. Use the same e-mail and password that you use to log-in into Origin Client Program.
Step 3:
Congratulations – you successfully redeemed your Town Life Stuff code. All you have to do now is wait for EA to add the game into your Origin Game Library. It may take up to 72 hours for them to do so, so be sure to check Origin from time to time.

It’s asking me to enter my product code for Town Life, any idea where I find it? I’ve had no emails from EA

The code has just (in last 5 mins) appeared in My Games in the info tab

It looks like EA adds Town Life to your library first then adds the code. You will need to wait a few minutes/hours before they add your Town Life Stuff code. To see if they did so, click on Town Life Stuff in your Game Library, click the ”i” icon and see if there’s anything under ”Product Code”.
When I go to the link, there is no “Start Here” button. Where do I start if there is no Start Here?! =( I’m also in Australia if that makes a difference…

Hey everyone i had the same issue as you all, what you need to do is log out of your origin account and then log back in. Check in you game library, click on info {town life stuff} then presto!! You got yourself a code. Thank you so much Sims 3 for giving us all a free game to enjoy :3

I have a code but how do I actually add this expansion to the games I already have? I hit the play button in origin and I opened up the sims and my family but there are no new Town Stuff items to be found?!
