The Sims Team has already acknowledged a few issues and bugs that came with the latest patch for The Sims 4. If you’re experiencing any of the issues listed below then don’t worry – we should be expecting a new update for the game soon to fix these issues.
A few issues we’re aware of, that I’ve been getting lots of reports on:
Skill cheats aren’t working
Watering plants loops infinitely if your Gardening skill is level 1
Grass is greener, dirt is browner than usual
Fireplaces won’t light

I posted a easy fix for games with mods here https://youtu.be/FNVm05jEOk4 it doesn’t fix mods but it gets them out of your game with out deleting them so you can use them again later. Hope this helps
No help for the actual problem that Seasons created. I noticed that when you started your game Jungle was the last pack that showed up on your startup screen. How come the Seasons screen did not appear?
İ cant use cheats and mods anymore and it make me realise how horrible game you made for us for example kids and toddlers are making mess everysecond they dont stop. even i am a mother in real life and i love the kids and toddlers in real life but i am sorry your kids and toddlers and even babys i hate them . they are spoiled and agrasive and ugly , they are like devil . Thanks god we have cheats and mods. Believe me if not nobody will not pay any money of your shit

Grand Master Vampires can’t Ice or roller skate either. I tested this on two different Grand masters CC isn’t the issue because a daughter which is a vampire was skating just fine.
I’ve been having the same issue. If you disable “Always Move as Mist” they will skate normally.
There’s an annoying bug after installing the Seasons, after loading my save file. The lots I’ve added on the world are missing, what I meant about missing is that the items, decorations, everything inside is empty
Im getting a thing, where the only action thst keeps popping up is “sleep”
all by itself. Even fully rested. And if I que up anything else, they won’t do it.
I just have to reload whatever my last save was.

I’m having the same problem. My Sim won’t reset, cheats don’t work on her (or anything else) and the queue of tasks just keeps trying, but failing to make her move. My cats are starving and I can’t fill their bowls, I keep having to close the game unsaved.
Is anyone else having a problem with sims freezing on Community lots?
If you mean freezing as cold, the lots don’t have thermostats yet, just add one. If you mean freezing as in stop working, I don’t know what’s going on.
No one else has had this problem yet it seems, but I have found that there are (so far) 2 missing seasons interactions for my game.
1) On the New Years holiday you are supposed to be able to click on your sim and have them make a resolution. This is missing from my game.
2) On valentines you are supposed to be able to give gifts, like flowers, this is missing from my game.
I have no idea why, it is quite frustrating.

I’ve also noticed that many sims keep their headgear/ masks on after costume events like Comic Fest or whatever its called, and Halloween events. At the Spice festival I had 3 Darth Mals Running around in Spice T-shirts and jeans and Mr LandGrab had on his Astronaut Helmet from the Halloween part I threw a sim week earlier. There are soooooo many funky bugs in this update/ game pack. Loving Seasons though.
When i put in my mc command in when i start my game it take me to the world and i kept trying it juat wont work plz just fix it
I am actually having an issue with something like that but I didnt know MC Command was the issue. When I start my game and click on the family I created to get to the house, it takes me right to the worlds instead. If it is MC Command I might just take it out and test it.
What about the insanely high bills being caused by the thermostat? It’s ridiculous it’s not included. I’m not getting seasons
My Sims are not affected by the weather even though I have the option enabled. No weather moodlets, no using umbrella in rain (I have placed umbrella stand), no wet clothes, no cold or hot moodlets, no reaction to windy days…townies also walk with no umbrella in rain. They will however, change into hot and cold clothes outside. Help…
Also, I’ve had sims run on skating rinks rather than skate.
There are some bushes and plants, which are not covered with snow. Please, please fix it, so that everything is covered with snow. It looks unnatural, if some things are shiny green, when everything else is white.
And please also change in autumn the colour of the pink trees to something that fits the season, like green, red or yellow. It really looks out of place, when there is bright pink in autumn.

I’m playing sims 4 on Xbox One and after the Pets update I cannot rotate the camera in the game.
When I open build/buy mode, my game messes up when I switch back to live mode. After going back to live mode, my bottom screen (cellphone, calendar, time bar, inventory, etc) has disappeared completely. My interactions with other Sims and objects function does not work and I cannot click the drop down options menu to save game or even press the red X in the corner. I have to exit by pulling up task manager. I do have mods enabled, just your general CC like clothing, hair and makeup and I’ve also added a career mod. I played the game without this issue with and without my mods. It wasn’t present until I played with the Seasons pack, which I downloaded last night (8/14/2018).
İ think everybody who play this game knows perfectly english 🙂 I lived so many years in usa and even there people can’t spell the words properly. haters will always hate 🙂

Not sure if I’m the only one experiencing this problem with Sims 4 Vampires, so here goes:
I’ve gotten my vampire to be a grand master. Now after the top vampire rank is maxed, according to my research, I’m apparently still supposed to still be able to gain experience points, 2 points for each full bar, to be exact.
The issue I’m having is that the bar is full, but it won’t then empty or give me the 2 new points. I’m stuck at the same 1 point I had left over when I began to fill the bar, and now that the bar is full, it’s staying full, and not doing anything. Yet, I do still see the plus bat sign above my sim’s head when she does something that should be filling the bar, or causing it to empty and give her 2 more points for a total of three. I’ve tried:
Reloading the game
Evicting my sim and then moving her back in
Neither of these two things have worked.
This is very frustrating, as I’m trying to get enough points to get all the vampire strengths, and according to what I’ve read about it, I should be able to. I’m wondering if somebody from EA, or whoever deals with fixing bugs, could fix this for me, or tell me how I can fix it. I do have mods, but they have never created an issue before. I’ve always used them, and they’ve never screwed with my game. This issue has happened quite randomly, so I doubt my mods are the culprit. However, my game has done one of it’s automatic updates lately, so I wonder if that could be the cause.

I recently Noticed that a whole sim month has passed since I earned the fabulously wealthy aspiration reward,.. Shrewd. It has yet to pay a single simolean in interest. I have been looking for it the last 2 weeks when i noticed that I did not get it 2 weeks In a row,… still Nothing.
Issues I’ve experienced:
Can’t repair anything – repairs never complete
Game freezes frequently, and now I can’t open the game at all. It gets stuck.
Yeah, I’ve noticed nothing ever gets repaired as well.
Biggest issue with me right now is a few of my Sims and some of the town sims are missing texture/color. Their entire body, head to toe is the same beige coloration and I haven’t been able to fix it lol
The glitch I’m experiencing is one Sim in one of my households, and quite a few NPC town sims, are missing their textures almost completely. They’re solid beige color and look like walking statues. I tried repairing the game through origin, but it didn’t help.
Mermaids don’t seem to show up as mermaids – I made a family of mermaid NPCs to plop next door to easily invite myself over and befriend them, and the mermaids all swim as humans in the pool. I also have yet to see a wild mermaid in island living/sultani.
I have no cheats/mods/ccs installed, so not sure what’s wrong.
Forgot to add, I have every expansion/game pack/etc installed.

My sim will not go to class in university. I’m not sure why. This is my first time playing university since I bought the expansion, so I am not sure if it is because of the recent update or not. PLEASE FIX as this is super super frustrating. I hit go to class and she literally just stands there. There isn’t even a notification on the side of my screen either that shows she is set up to go to class. Literally nothing happens. I have even tried reset/debugging her and it doesn’t change anything. I have missed 2 classes already and it’s only the second day of uni. VERY UPSET.
