The Sims 4 Snowy Escape Expansion Pack is still awaiting its full announcement tomorrow, October 20th at 8AM PT. Still, that didn’t stop SimGurus from sharing some new information about the next Expansion Pack!
The first piece of info comes from SimGuruGraham. He confirmed that the new pack will indeed come with a brand new world called Mt. Komorebi, but that’s not all. The new world will feature households and lots created by some of the Sims Creators including Deligracy, James Turner, Lilsimsie and Simlicy!

Yikes, idk how I feel about a blue suburban in the middle of Japan.
I think it’s a good idea to have builders contribute to designing the lots since, I’m sorry, but the person or persons who usually build the houses aren’t the best at it. And yes it is difficult just using basegame and one pack. I may not like the builds I will see or maybe I will. Also someone on twitter had complained that the sims team chose builders instead of let’s play simmers and I do wonder if this person has truly watched some of these people’s channels because James and Deli both do lets plays and builds. I think the other two do that as well (maybe on a second channel moreso?) and frankly I don’t understand why it’s a bad thing that four builders were chosen instead of strictly LP people.
Simproved is a builder and a fantastic one but she doesn’t really let’s play. Simsie builds mostly but she does more challenges then real let’s plays. Personally I think they choose del & Turner cuz they’re dating and both game changers. But why didn’t they choose Asian builders like Dr Ashley for example. And lastly it’s important for let’s play ppl to be involved for game play mechanics. If you choose primarily builders then the feedback will be closer to building knowledge and not actually game play. And game play is totally important to keep the sims alive. Building isn’t the reason the community riots most of the time, it’s due to the lack of game play content.
Isn’t it Simlicy not Simproved, guys? Why are there a few people who saw it as Simproved? I’m pretty sure it is Simlicy. Btw, you provide a really interesting point of view, and I agree. Though I do not understand why they must choose Deli and JT??? Is it really just because of their subscribers count? Would have prefer other simmers that could provide better community feedback and gameplay ideas like Plumbella and EnglishSimmer but idk guys just my opinion tho peace ✌
I wish the group chosen to contribute to the pack was more diverse :/
They obviously saw how everyone liked simproved’s lot in Evergreen harbour decided to bring in some big builder and storytellers. I’m so excited!!!!!!

I hope there are hotels! There must be, right?
at least the builds won’t be trash. also, I doubt when they picked who was gonna build they didnt choose of of race. sadly not ever thing in this world is gonna be 100% diverse and most of the time its not because people don’t want it to be.
Once again they didn’t listen . . . I’m so ready to give up on the Sims. If this pack isn’t good, I’m done wasting my money with these clowns!

I think this is lovely and I’m super stoked and I’m sure my Sims will be too especially since one is a big outdoor lover and can finally enjoy something not hot as he lives in the desert! I’m excited and will certainly be buying this!
