Rediscover the first entry to The Sims Franchise all over again!
EA and Maxis are getting ready to fully reveal the rerelease of The Sims 1 and The Sims 2 on PC again this week. According to reliable insider information, the game rerelease is going to include an entire catalogue of all previously released Expansions for the game.

For players who are looking forward to refamiliarize themselves with The Sims 1 again (or get introduced to the game for the first time), we created a list of all The Sims 1 Games released. This list only covers Sims 1 games released for PC, considering that the upcoming rerelease is rumored to be specifically made for this Desktop platform.
In this list of official assets you’ll find a treasure trove of game screenshots for each The Sims 1 Game release. Including some exclusive high quality character renders for The Sims 1 Expansion Packs! Please note that these are not new Sims 1 rerelease assets, but rather original screens, features renders from each game release in the early 2000s. That, of course, you should expect to be included with the official Sims 1 rerelease in the coming days.
Everything’s listed right below:

We’ll be posting a full overview of The Sims 2’s PC Catalogue soon. Sims Community will be your all-in-one stop for The Sims 1, Sims 2, Sims 4, MySims, Projec- yeah, we can’t believe it either. There’s so many Sims Games now!
I just hope modders will make a mod to slow down needs decay or a maxmotives cheat because man does the game have an issue with needs. They get in the way of experiencing expansion packs. I remember you could delete your Sim and reset them, but this can lead to corruption. Just some way to make the game more approachable is needed for those who don’t have the patience to deal with Sims peeing themselves and complaining about being hungry every five minutes.
It’s only the game for win 10 and 11, i don’t think is a remake
boh niente eccezionale
did you just fuckin boot up the game already availeble and take images from that. meaning this is all baseless speculation still? Also what is that hideus AI slop in the first group of images
That’s not at all AI. Those are actual promotional images from Maxis back in the day. Right click on images to use google lens to search images.
This is either going to be amazing or trash depending on EA’s treatment considering their treatment of the Sims 1 in the last 25 years already. I think they’ve been planning on it or they’ve finally caved and said, “FINE!” and did it. I hate that it took this long to release this game again.
I have a copy of it on my archive.org anyway. I’ve been playing the original sims 1 for years. A friend and I are modding the game on and off and figuring out how neighborhoods work and stuff to make expansions ourselves.
