There are three Neighborhoods in The Sims 4 Adventure Awaits’ brand new world – Gibbi Point. It includes the following Neighborhoods and Lot Sizes:

Wanderwood Wilds
Life in Wanderwood Wilds sure is a blast-literally! Hothead Rock Geyser may be the main draw to the area, but there’s more in these woods than meets the eye. Sims can enjoy the great outdoors near campfires, kayak in the open water, and fish to unwind.
Visit the Old Firewatch Tower, perhaps to offer your gratitude to the one who keeps watch. Be sure to check in with the Butterfly Conservationist if you’re feeling a little fluttery.

Crystal Valley
Once a bustling gold mining community, Crystal Valley earned its name after an unusual occurrence took place: overnight, the Scoop’s Gold Mine dried up only to be replaced by crystals! Now, you can visit and pan for crystals or stop by the Electric Lagoon for a neon jellyfish swim accompanied by a glowworm backdrop. Visitors may want to keep their eye out for a unique bird, too.

holy shit they can actually make worlds with a good number of lots??
I once told someone that the worlds in the sims 4 had too much water, look at the map of san sequoia, it takes up more than a quarter of the map and very small lots, on chesnut ridge, you have no water but you have 13 lots too, and that by reducing it we would have more large lots, I think I was right given the very little water on this map, the large lots are more numerous, closer together, less scenery, which gives an impression of more usable filling, I’m not even talking about nord heaven where there is too much water but also too much scenery in unusable houses and buildings, it’s the same team that designed ravenwood which is rather well done, I think it’s laziness of the teams to fill the worlds with too much water, it doesn’t need such a big sea in some worlds, and sometimes too much scenery rather than building additional lots more usable and larger.
I’m actually really surprised by how surprised and excited people are for how many lots are in this world as if it’s some crazy new thing when it’s the average for expansion pack worlds. Plus the world introduced two months ago had one more lot than this world.
Innisgreen in Enchanted By Nature just had 14 lots. Norhaven in Businesses & Hobbies has 12 lots. Ravenwood in Life & Death had 13 lots. Ciudad Enamorada in LoveStruck has 13 lots. Tomorang in For Rent only has 9 lots. But Chestnut Ridge in Horse Ranch has 13 lots. San Sequoia in Growing Together has 12 lots. Copperdale in High School Years has 12 lots.
Good number of lots AND 2 64×64 lots. I am actually impressed!
Wowww a decent sized map with 13 lots?? I’m preordering this one for sure!! That was my main issue with the Nordhaven and San Sequoia was that it didnt have enought buildable lots. They came through on this one!
The most recent worlds have had 14, 12, 13, 13, 9, 13, 12, and 12 lots respectively, so this is nothing new. For Rent was the only outlier.
“Once a bustling gold mining community…” I see they have taken creative risks with the backstory
Probably one of the better sized worlds in a while. Especially after the disappointing one from Businesses & Hobbies which had nothing in it.
Nordhaven only has one less lot than this world. There was also a lot of things in each of those neighborhoods outside of just the lots. For Rent is the only expansion to release with less than 10 lots in the world. Every other expansion world has had 11 or more lots with the average being 12. Innisgreen just released in Enchanted by Nature with 14 lots.
