SimGuruKate has just released another Community Survey for The Sims 4 and its community. She’s also mentioned the fact that they’ll be doing these types of survey every month and will take all of your input in consideration.
Here are the following questions which have been asked in the January 2019 Survey:

My question #2 was different, and seems to be generated by giving the previous answer a mediocre score (of 6):
2. What changes would the TS4 team have to make for you to give it a higher rating?
Yeah I also got follow up questions too based on the ratings. I rather like for them to do more surveys especially for content topics like we did with the laundry pack.
