The Sims 4 Console: NEW UPDATE! (April 4th, 2022)

The Save Game Error 0 Update – For Consoles

The Sims Team has just released a specific update just for Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Playstation 4 and Playstation 5 players. The Sims 4’s latest Save Game Error 0 issue is expected to be fixed with the latest update on Consoles.

To download this update on your Consoles simply go to options for your installed copy of The Sims 4 for Consoles and Check For Updates (if the update hasn’t started downloading already).

This update consists of two fixes addressing “Error Code: 0” some of you might be encountering when trying to save. If you still run into this error after updating, please let us know on Answers HQ.

The Sims 4
  • Games with Neighborhood Stories configured to enable neighbors to “Join a Career” now should be able to save normally. If you had disabled this option to avoid the issue, you now should be able to play with it.
