Now all we need are funtional bunk beds for kids and teens and lofted beds that stuff like dressers or desks or toy boxes or toddler beds could fit underneath so that players can have families with children in their tiny houses!

Bunk beds, spiral stairs, and/or ladders would have fit this category imo..
