The Sims Team will be releasing a new update for The Sims 4 this week!
Although it’s not completely clear what new things can we expect, one thing is certain: the update, which will prepare us for The Sims 4 City Living Expansion Pack which is due next week will bring Lot Traits!
Of course, not all Lot Traits that we have listed HERE will carry on to the base game as they’re City Living-exclusive, but hey, at least we’ll get to play with earthquakes and some other Lot Traits as well!
There is no certain date for this update but looking back to previous update releases, we can expect this update to come out either tomorrow Tuesday, October 25th or Thursday, October 27th.

Oh no…. A patch?! Time to update my inter-site disaster recovery plan and verify the integrity of my quadruple redundant backup systems. I’ll likely need to restore every one of them if I attempt any of the repair and recovery or mod testing solutions which are provided within the official forums! Banging my head on the monitor is likely more effective.
