Hey guys!
So it’s been almost a week since THE UPDATE, the one that brought us toddlers. I’m sure you’ve all had a chance to play and may have noticed that toddlers come with some game play limitations. I’ll be addressing one of those today and how to workaround it.
Limitation: Toddlers can’t go with their family to a restaurant, they’re sent to “daycare” instead.
To overcome this you will want to do the following:
1 – Add highchairs to your restaurants.
2 – Put a tablet in the toddlers inventory or they will get bored.
3 – Send the family as a group to the restaurant and once they are there, bring the toddler to them. Don’t worry that it still shows them at the daycare, your sims can interact with them anyways.
4 – Request your table. Select one of your toddlers and then click on the high chair and have an adult carry them to it.
5 – Have the parents share their meal with the toddlers or click on the highchair and have the adult give them food.
And there you have it!
(Hope you didn’t forget that tablet or the other restaurant patrons are going to be upset at your family, lol)
hope there comes a mod that will makes it a little bit easier to let the toddlers go to the restaurant but for now it works 🙂
And if they put us in a table that has no toddler chairs?
Then put at least one high chair all tables
I just hate that sims are not like in sims 2 simply abble to walk of and steal the food kindaby not paying and that the Waiter is huntingthem but ok! In sims 2 it wasnt like her taht ther also neded to make the management systhem! that came with OFB! Otherall i alread love this GP but will give my stars for it late on.Christini’s take out
