The Sims has officially confirmed our initial suspicions!
The GIF clues that SimGurus have been sharing yesterday were leading up to a bigger picture which said “All will be revealed January 12th”. Now, we also know what the reveal is about!
The Sims’ official tweet revealed that next week on January 12th they’ll be revealing the next Stuff Pack for The Sims 4. They’ve shared that this is the first pack reveal of 2021, meaning that we can probably expect a lot more throughout this year.
They’ve also shared a small clue “Let the investigation begin!” – could the next Stuff Pack revolve around ghost hunting? We’ll know for sure next week!

If this is happy haunts they really need to also update ghosts and add a graveyard venue.
Don’t mind not getting hotels and generations just yet, for now I like the variety.
