Origin accounts will be renamed to EA accounts!

EA has recently started sending out e-mails to Origin users, letting them know that Origin accounts will now be called EA accounts (pretty confusing, right?). Anyways, check the e-mail below for full details.

In the coming weeks your Origin Account will be renamed to an EA Account to better represent all of EA’s games and services. Your account identity, preferences, and order history will remain unchanged.

You will continue to use this account and the same login credentials to access all EA games, web sites, and services, including Origin. Learn more about Origin by visiting Origin.com.

You can make changes to your EA Account at any time by logging in to the EA web portal at www.ea.com. From there you can go to your My Account page to update your account info, security settings, contact preferences, and more.

If you have questions or need help with your account, visit EA Help at help.ea.com.

The Sims 4: 10 Awesome Houses you can download!

There are A LOT of amazing Simmers out there, and we always love to see the incredible creations you’ve made (and uploaded) to The Gallery in The Sims 4. We pulled a bunch of the best houses together in one spot. Just click the link under each image to add them to your game.

SimGuruDaniel has confirmed that The Sims 4 will attend this year’s Gamescom! Although it’s not know what will The Sims Team present during this European gaming convention, it could be possible that they’ll be showing off a brand new Expansion Pack, as Get to Work was announced a month after the release of Outdoor Retreat Game Pack, and this month we had a second game pack released – Spa Day.

Whether it’s a pattern of Sims 4 announcements/releasements or not, I think it’s safe to say they will be showing off something new!

Apparently we can now say: The Sims 4 will be at Gamescom. #TheSims4

Treat Your Sim

When you load up The Sims 4 Spa Day* you’ll find three Maxis-made Spas ready to be placed, but like the other Venues in the game, you’re also able to make your own. Whether you want a Spa focused on massages, saunas, or even meditation, the game pack gives you the tools to make it happen.

Here are some fun tips to help you build your perfect Spa!

Starting Out

After choosing a lot and selecting the Spa Lot type, you’re going to want to familiarize yourself with the new Spa items in Build Mode. Click the “Objects by Function” section, choose “Show all,” and select Spa Day in the filter panel in order to see all of the new items that come in the pack. Before you start building, you’re going to want to know what these do.

Happy Hands and Feet Chair. This comfortable chair is where Sims can get hand and foot massages! While at the Spa look out for the Reflexologist NPCs that stand by the chair – they’ll be the ones to give out those relaxing massages.

Tip: When building your Spa, make sure to leave plenty of room around this chair to give the reflexologist room to work

The Sims 4 Spa Day game pack comes with 4 new pre-made Lots (3 Spas and one Gym) that you can place down in any of The Sims 4 Worlds.

You can find them by going to The Gallery and selecting My Library. They’re easier to find if you use the ”Maxis” content filter.

The Sims 4 Room Decor Guide – Spa Day Revitalizing Room

Spa Day is OUT! You want your Sim to get the full spa experience, not just at the spa venue, but at home too! Here are some tips in creating your own spa oasis at home with this room decor guide!

I went for a modern master bathroom where my Sims can relax after a long day of work.

I kept the theme of the room warm and dark to calm the mind and be more inviting for relaxing.

Bamboo has cultural significance, and so is a huge highlight in the Spa Day pack. I personally love the look of bamboo against a dark wood room. The pop of green colour gives the room a revitalized look.

You want your super relaxing bathroom to be spacious… enough for a HOT TUB! The Spa Day pack definitely works extremely well with Perfect Patio Stuff. Giving your Sim multiple options to relax on will keep them relaxing for hours!

This is a bathroom for your busy Sim who needs a well deserved relaxing evening, but cannot afford the time off to go on vacation. Make your bathroom spacious, warm and inviting and definitely relaxing by using earth tones and dimmed lighting.

Hey there! I’ve been a fan of Doctor Who for about two years now. The first thing I did when I finished watching it for the very first time was search for custom content. Back in the day, The Sims 4 wasn’t available yet, so I had to search for The Sims 3. Even back then, the creator below offered custom content already!

Misty in the Blue Box offers a selection of custom content inspired by Doctor Who, but this is her first Sims 4 creation. Let’s check it out! Which Doctor is your Doctor?
