Have you seen the latest The Sims 4 Cats & Dogs Expansion Pack Trailer? If not, there is a small screen in the corner in one of the trailer’s segments which contains a color wheel, color customization, pattern selection and more!
It’s not yet known if this feature will be implemented to other The Sims 4 Base Game features as well. Still, a very nice addition to this pack!

The Sims Team has released a new teaser for today’s Electronic Arts Gamescom Press Conference. We can expect exciting news for The Sims 4 Console and The Sims Mobile. However, do you hear The Sims 3 Pets Theme Song running in the background? This definitely hints at The Sims 4 Pets announcement!

Electronic Arts will be holding a Press Conference at Gamescom, a gaming convention that takes place in Cologne, Germany. The Press Conference starts on Monday, August 21st at 6:30PM CET / 9:30AM PST.
Everything you need to know about The Sims 4 Toddler Stuff (Info from Livestream)
SimGuruDrake & SimGuruGraham Hosted the latest LiveStream aka The Best Play Date ever! They were showcasing the new Toddler Stuff Pack.
First, they showed off the CAS Items! I’ve included all the swatches they showed:

- If the player gets the Gold Achievement they will be rewarded with the new Jungle Gym
- Toddlers will move and play on entire Jungle Gym set
- Adults can help Kids Slide and also Play with their kids on the Jungle Gym
- A nice little touch is My Sims Music is used for the Make Believe interaction
- Adults can help toddlers climb/slide, play pretend.
- Make Believe Interaction on the Jungle Gym (Parents get a sword and Pirate Hat or and an astronaut’s helmet. To use ‘Make believe pirate shipwreck and space port’ level 2 imagination is needed from the toddler)

The Sims 4 Eco Living Stuff: Minor Voting Changes
SimGuruGraham has announced in today’s Sims 4 Toddler Stuff Livestream a minor change in the upcoming Community Stuff Pack voting for The Sims 4 Eco Living Stuff Pack. Instead of first voting for a Stuff Pack icon, simmers will get an opportunity to choose the name of this Stuff Pack first (yup, the Eco Living name is just a placeholder and an overall theme which was chosen way before we knew about Laundry-themed gameplay coming to this pack). After picking the name of this pack you’ll get an opportunity to choose the Stuff Pack icon.
To conclude everything, here are the dates of the last 2 community polls that will be happening for this Stuff Pack:
• Pack Title Vote (September 6th – September 8th): Select a title that best summarizes the pack’s atmosphere and content.
• Pack Icon Vote (September 13th– September 15th): Peruse different icons and select the one that will appear in the pack’s box art and within the in-game catalog.
SimGuruGraham explains Laundry functionality in The Sims 4 Eco Living Stuff
The Sims 4 Eco Living Stuff still has a long way to go in terms of development. However, SimGuruGraham explained how they’ve envisioned laundry to be functioning in this pack. See what he has to say:
Dirty laundry is going to be generated when Sims change their outfits, so the laundry that you’ll be cleaning will really just be clothes. You may see some visuals like sheets or towels hanging from the clothesline, but you aren’t going to be going around collecting them from the bed, bathroom, etc. You’ll pick laundry up from the hamper, and take it to be washed.

The Sims Team has released a new clip for The Sims 4 Toddler Stuff, showcasing some of the new gameplay objects.
The Sims Mobile is now soft-launched in Spain
Good news for all Simmers in Spain who’ve been waiting to try The Sims Mobile! Beside being soft-launched in Brazil, The Sims Mobile is now also available for download on iOS and Google Play stores in Spain!
Although we don’t know when it’s coming out worldwide, The Sims Team has told us that it’s definitely coming out worldwide and that it’s releasing “soon”.
