The Sims Team has updated their Gallery sliders that you can find in TS4 main menu, and along with that update there’s a hidden slider that’s yet to be revealed.
Inside a .spotlight package file that can be found in The Sims 4 save game files, there’s a new paragraph that states the following:

After getting to work in April, we figured your Sims could use even more Zen – and what’s more relaxing than a luxurious spa? The Sims 4 Spa Day Game Pack* is coming later this month!
As you might expect, The Sims 4 Spa Day includes a new type of venue, the Spa. When you get the pack, three new Maxis-made Spas and a new gym will be added to your My Library, to be placed wherever you want. They come in various shapes and sizes, so you can find the Spa that best suits your personality (or, of course, you can make your own).
Once at the Spa, Sims can hang out (and WooHoo!) in a sauna or get a relaxing massage. There are a number of fun new interactive objects for your Sims to enjoy in the Spa, from the massage chair to the mud bath, which we will reveal more about soon. But that’s not all that’s included in the game pack.
Your Sims can also build Wellness skill by giving massages, doing Yoga, and Meditating. The more they take part in these new activities, the better they’ll get at each. Higher Wellness means new Yoga poses, the ability to give superior Massages, and a special Meditation surprise that we don’t want to spoil for you!

The Sims 4 Spa Day Game Pack, coming late July!
The Sims 4 Spa Day provides an all new type of venue, the Spa (duh!), where your Sims can get a relaxing massage or hang out in the sauna. This pack features several interactive objects, including a new massage chair and the mud bath! Another new addition to help your Sims wind down from their daily stress is building their Wellness skill by taking Yoga classes or learning to meditate – the higher their Wellness skill the more Yoga poses they will be able to do, and the more superior Massages they’ll be able to give.
Back in October 2014, a Sims 4 Survey suggested an Expansion Pack that’s related to Health and Wellness. Today, The Sims Team teased Spa Day who’s name and video both match with the description from the survey.
HEALTH AND WELLNESS
Help your Sims live a healthier and happier life! Participate in all new wellness activities including emotionally soothing massages, mud baths, acupuncture, steam room saunas, and personal training. You’ll also have the opportunity to open and manage a wellness center to spread health and happiness, while earning some extra Simoleons in the process.
This isn’t the first time that surveys like this matched with previous Sims 4 releasements. The survey also shows concepts of Active Careers and Business Owner Expansion Packs (Get to Work), and an even older survey suggested Camping, which was introduced with Outdoor Retreat.
