There are 89 Achievements overall - including the visible, hidden and inactive ones.
The Sims 4 Outdoor Retreat Game Pack comes with 4 Achievements (with one of them being hidden).
The Sims 4 Get To Work Expansion Pack comes with 12 Achievements (with 4 of them being hidden).
You can find these achievements by loading a Household and selecting Options > Achievements.
