At this time, all Origin customers who had previously registered their copy of The Sims 2 should now have the newly remastered The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection in their Origin My Games library.
We know that there are a lot of fans of The Sims who may not have had their copy of the game registered on Origin, and we want to reward The Sims fans for their incredible loyalty and commitment to the franchise.
As a result, we are developing an easy way for any eligible customer who owns a physical disc copy of The Sims 2 to upgrade easily to the new Ultimate Collection edition. We will update this article on or before Wednesday July 23 at 10am PT, with detailed instructions on what you need to do to get your own copy of The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection.

Ugh! i want to buy it because i don’t have a physical copy or a digital copy! THey just make it non existant to us simmers who dont have physical or digital copies! PLEASE MAKE IT BUYABLE ON ORIGIN FOR ALL TO SEE!!!! :reallypissed:

I sent EA the product codes about two days about and haven’t gotten a reply yet which really sucks because I was hoping to play the sims 2 while I waited for The Sims 4 to come out
The people that don’t have any game for the sims 2 what they should do I wanna buy It but where I live they don’t sell it I have to order it overseas thats not fair you give the sims 2 to the people they already have the game am very sad that I can have it plz make it buyable on origin not all the sims fan they have the game plz plz help us 😥 :-((

Just a heads up guys, after the “Legacy” Sims 2 came out. My Ultimate Sims 2 that was installed and playable before then is no longer in my EA library even though it’s still installed in my EA folder so I can’t uninstall it properly and had to do some faffing about to get the “permissions” to just straight up delete the folder instead. Think they could’ve done it a better way (Of course I need to buy the legacy if I want to get it again too).
