So I got tired of not having enough time at my work to finish what I was doing, I hated it that I got transfered back home all the time so I made this mod that changes the work hours to 12 Hour Work days and then you can still stay longer when you use that option button you have at your work to stay longer.

Hi, Your mod does not seem to work I installed this on an existing game and it shows up in the mod list when i load the game but i can not stay at work. I may be missing something but im not too sure. Thanks for your reply
Hi, again, I extracted the file and it works fine. For anyone wondering if you dont read, Which I didnt to extend the work day you have to click the green clock at the top right in the event window to extend the day. I went through 3 days waiting for the popup but all i got was leave work. I then read the popup in game and discovered this. Thank you again uploader this is a great mod.
