- You can not change any of the existing internal or external walls. You may add additional walls if you wish
- It must be kept as a family home
- You can use any packs you own, but please do not use any Custom Content
- T.O.O.L & DEBUG allowed
- Have fun and get creative!

Is the budget just the §62,000 or can we use money we get by deleting the items already in the house?

On Twitter they confirmed it’s just the 62k. But I just finished my build and I honestly have zero idea if I stuck within it or not lol!!
