Before reading this Tutorial you’ll need 3 following things:
– At least 2 Sims in your Household.
– enabled ”testingcheats true” cheat. (hit CTRL + Shift + C keyboard buttons to open the cheat console)
– 2 Sim Days of patience.
I started off with Ollie and Cassidy Purdue. Some of them had to die in order for Grim Reaper to appear, so I decided that Ollie will be that victim.
The most certain death in The Sims 4 is Death by Hunger, so I decided Ollie to starve. It wasn’t an easy task though since I felt really guilty watching Ollie being more and more uncomfortable.
After more than 2 Sim Days, Ollie died. Grim Reaper showed up and took Ollie’s soul.
After the Grim Reaper finishes his job, hold shift, left click on him and select ”Add to Family”.
As a Grim Reaper, you can go around town and socialize with other Sims. But, you cannot do most interactions that are related to fulfilling Grim’s needs and emotions.

Either we see Super Death (Family Guy) or there is a Paradox in which nobody dies, thus forcing chaos upon the laggy Sims 4 world separated by Loading Screens

It really does appear. When I accidentally killed a reaper, there’s another reaper who came to collect his soul.

I just wanna know if a Sim can have the reaper’s baby. I saw on a live broadcast they can flirt with him. 🙂 I haven’t managed to be able to get that far yet.

My sim had reapers baby, they had a son, but i used cheats to make it happen. not just the testingcheats true, ita a hxd hax i found that works.
Also i used the anyone can get preggo mod from mod the sims website

Another easy way to kill a sim in sims 4( only if they’re an elder), is to simply “woohoo” like crazy till the elder gets the “over fatigued” moodlet. One more woohoo should do the trick.
have you tried shift+click on grim reset object after adding him to family i noticed i couldnt do alot with him before until i reset him

Manage Worlds in the menu > click on the household with the Grim Reaper > More > Manage Household > click on the pencil icon > click on the x on the Grim Reaper and it should get rid of him 🙂

So that patch that stops sims going on dates with the grim reaper of their own free will… can you still date him if you decide to, or if you add him to the household?? I haven’t been able to find information on it, but I’m holding off buying the sims 4 until I find out. Yes, I only care about the supernatural stuff lol (and I am crying about the lack of ghosts)

Ghosts were recently added into the game through anan update. And you can become romantically involved with the ggrim reaper without him being part of your household.

I live with my bf Sim and I added the GR to my household (by cheating). I know we can’t kiss or make out with him, but he kissed my bf once. On the mouth. Was he kissed by a skull?

There’s no “Add to Family” option. Nothing happens when you shift+left click. I’ve tried this several times when my Sims have decided to WhooHoo and Try For Baby with NPC’s just so they can have their kids around. The only thing that actually works is finding the Sim you want to add, go to Manage Households, Transfer Sims, and go from there.
When you add Grim into your household, does it cause any problems like when your sims die does another Reaper show up?!

I added Grim to my family. Now when sims die on that lot he stops what he’s doing and reaps them. But now I can’t plan outfits for my household because Grim has no traits and apparently no name.

No, I’ve heard that there is only one Grim Reaper and if another sim dies the one in your household will “reap” them.

I shift cliced and added him to the family a couple of times but it didnt work…? help?
you have to pres ctrl shift c at the same time then type in on the search bar at the top testingcheatsenabled true then press shift and click on the grim reapor at the same time and then click at to family

I reeeeaaaaly want Sims 4! When I get this I am defiantly doing this! I have Sims 3 and have a houshold with 3 Grims in it. Haha!
Sometimes I just see Grim at The Solar Flare, The Blue Velvet, Burners & Builders, and the Movers & Shakers.
I added him but now I have a problem. I cannot go into CAS and chanhe my girls outfits. It clicks over to the grim reaper and won’t let me exit.

Adding to family isn’t as cracked up as it sounds. Now I have a SIM I can not even do anything with. Sucky.
You can also *marry* him. If you go to CAS when the grim reaper is added to your household, you can modify the relationships. Go to the grim reaper and select husband/brother/roommate. Depending on what you want. (I think you need to have a romantic relationship for this to work.
To remove the reaper or any family member .

Hold shift and click on ur sim and select modify in cas.
Once in cas ur sims pictures should be in the bottom left corner of the screen. Click the aim u want gone and a tiny X should be on the picture.click the X and agree to delete sim. 🙂
Help!!!!!!!!! i added grim married him adopted the baby deleted grim and now my baby wont show up in anyones friend list and is invisible and still says hes in my household and i tried to debug the bed and it didnt work i can hear him and after deleting grim it went back a full day and undid some changes around the house!!!

If you have the vampire expansion pack then have at least 10 vampires burn one by one. Then you move their grave stone. The grim reaper will stay until he disappears if you stop interacting with him.
What about on PlayStation 4 ?
