Household Notes

  • The Hoapili household lives at Cheiftain’s Villa in the Ohan’ali Town district of Sulani. Their lot has the Island Spirits trait.
  • Lia is the first premade transgender Sim in The Sims series.
  • Lia’s gender is set to female with a masculine body build; however, Lia is able to become pregnant.
  • Lia and Keala are connected on the family tree. Keala shows up as Lia’s grandmother and vice versa, however, the parent relationship linking Lia and Keala is left blank. Lia also has a different surname than Keala. This may indicate that Keala’s family ties with Lia are spiritual rather than biological. This is further reinforced by the household bio which states that Keala took Lia under her wing as a pupil.

Don’t see your favourite Sim from the trailer here? Look for them around Sulani! There are only 4 premade households living in lots on Sulani, but the mermaid Sim from the trailer along with other Sims (some of them mermaids as well!) can be seen wandering around as townies. Befriend them and move them in if you like!

Did we miss an important detail about any of these Sims? Let us know about it here in the comments or on social media!
