Want to be a werewolf? We'll tell you howl!
There are a few different ways to become a werewolf in The Sims 4 Werewolves. Most of them involve being bitten by a werewolf.
CAS

You can create your own werewolf in CAS. Customize everything about them, right down to their fur colour and pattern. This is a good way to jump right into werewolf gameplay.
Be Attacked by a Werewolf

If you want to play out becoming a werewolf in-game but still want to become one quickly, you can provoke a werewolf into biting you. Antagonizing Greg is the quickest way to do this. Find his trailer in the tall grass by the lake in Moonwood Mill and examine the warning signs to make him appear. Click on him and select Provoke. He'll beat your Sim up and infect them with Werebies.
Ask Politely

If your Sim has become good friends with a werewolf, they can ask them for the Cursed Bite. Only werewolves with the Curse Bearer ability can give your Sim the Cursed Bite.
Tunnels

You might be attacked and infected with Werebies while exploring the tunnels in Moonwood Mill but this is entirely random.
I Changed My Mind!

If you have a change of heart and don't want to become a werewolf, you can exercise to sweat out the Werebies bug with mixed results or ask the bartender for a more reliable remedy.
If you are already a werewolf, you'll need to do the following:
- Unlock Lunar Epiphany ability
- Scavenge the Diary of Greggorius Lunvik and read it
- Harvest 10 Wolfsbane and 3 Moonpetals. Moonpetals can only be harvested at night during a full moon on the top of the cliff.
- Make the Wolf-B-Gone drink at a bar and consume it
