There's a new Sims 4 SDX Drop for Desktop and Consoles!
Electronic Arts and Maxis have released a brand new The Sims 4 SDX Drop across Desktop and Console supported platforms. The newest content rollout for The Sims 4 SDX introduces new Create A Sim items and Build Mode swatches.

How to download and install the latest Sims 4 SDX
WithĀ Sims 4 SDX (Sims Delivery Express)Ā you are able to download new CAS Content, Build Mode Content and small bug fixes and improvements into your game. All straight through The Sims 4! Simply open up The Sims 4 and your game should automatically check for new content.
If not, go into Game Options > Sims Delivery andĀ Check for new Content. This method of bringing new Sims 4 SDX content into your game works both on PC and Consoles! Note that you will have to restart your game in order to obtain new content. You can selectĀ āYes, Restart NowāĀ for the game to restart automatically for you.

EA stated that this is "Just one of the free content releases coming this year in The Sims 4". Meaning that you should expect more Free Content Features to the game soon this year!

i donāt have this yet š i got a sims delivery but i think it was just for the blast to the past event. i donāt have any new items and every time i check for new sims delivery content it says i have the latest

I had this same problem. You have to do it manually, go to the SDX download tab and push download

i started my game, went to āgame options,ā then āsims delivery,ā then clicked ācheck for new content.ā every time, it says āyou have the latest sims delivery content!ā

i browsed looking for some of the cas items featured in screenshots and it appears that i have them, they just arenāt marked as ānewā with stars. i canāt tell which are new and which arenāt and itās not like i have all the items in the game memorized iād love a post where each new item is shown with swatches, like with kit reviews

where is the SDX download tab located? I tried to go through the game options and it told me I had the latest update.
I just updated and now the game keeps not responding. I can play my household for 5 secs, it then pauses and doesnāt respond for 15-20 secs, and then I can play for another 5 secs before it happens again. Anyone else having this issue now?
EA has been treating us so nice lately. I have a feeling theyāre trying to win back our loyalty in the face of upcoming competition (InZOI, Paralives, etcetera).

InZoi will be awful, not only are they heavily reliant on AI, itās also run by a company whoās only gaming experience is making mediocre MMOs. Itās insulting to call it a competitor to the Sims; a brand with 25 years of simulation experience.

i think inzoi will be awful too and iām not excited for it, just the competition it creates
I genuinely wish this would just be available directly from the EA App, itās tiring to load up my game just to restart it immediately. Also we desperately need some way to actually find what was added in-game, because the way it is right now is just ridiculous. Why not have a pop-up like when we install a new pack?

I think I found the kitchen cabinets however there is no cabinet or island option that makes the cabinet look like the photosā¦.so now Iām confusedā¦I was so excited to use that island but no combination of island or cabinet makes it look the sameā¦.
How can i get this on PS4?

Just found out we, console players, should have our PSN accounts linked to our EA accounts to access Sims Delivery Express. If yours isnāt linked yet, that should do the trick.
Is this SDX drop not available for Mac? I even tried to go through game options, but it told me I already have the latest SDX.
It tells me that I have the content and it turns out that not even the dresses appear, I think that in the end I am going to deactivate that option, I never receive what I am supposed to receiveā¦ and I have checked everything several times and in several days and nothing at allā¦ in the end I think I am going to deactivate it, I never manage to obtain the supposed objects, clothes, etc.

Ok, yes I have it, now itās only available the conias on the island, in case no one has noticed, itās a drinks bar, you should look for it there.
