Have you ever wondered what it’d be like to be famous? Like, really famous? Like millions of fans, crazy awesome mansion, movie star famous? Well, your Sims are about to get that chance! The Sims™ 4 Get Famous Expansion Pack* releases November 16, 2018 on PC and Mac, and we couldn’t be more excited to share this completely game-changing news with you. Lifestyles of the Rich and Not Yet Famous
One of the most exciting parts of this expansion pack is the new world! Say “hello” to Del Sol Valley, which is home to A-listers, up-and-comers, and everyone in between. The residential area is split into two parts: Mirage Park in the flatlands with modestly-priced homes, and The Pinnacles, high in the hills and fit for the rich and famous. Plus, your Sims can explore the park, nightclub, and other awesome venues. But if you think any and every Sim can get into these places, think again. Sims might not be on the list for some destinations. But there’s always a chance they can convince a bouncer to let them in. If not, cheer up. The more famous they become, the easier it will be to slide into the most exclusive parties.And . . . Acting!
Watch out Starlight Boulevard, because your Sim was born for the red carpet. The shiny, sparkling acting career has arrived, and a rags-to-riches story is bound to happen. First, your Sim will join the active acting career. From there, it can be a whirlwind of fun and fame, as long as your Sim keeps up with all the demands. Practicing acting, staying up on social media, and joining a talent agency are all part of the journey to stardom. And, the bigger your bank account gets, the more awesomeness you can unlock, like flaunting your wealth with a money “phone.” I mean, your Sim earned it, right?The best part is you can join your Sim on their acting journey. Follow your Sims to acting gigs on the Plumbob Pictures studio lot where they’ll be transformed in the hair and makeup chair, rub elbows with the director, and act in an award-winning performance. Will your Sim risk going big during a scene, or play it safe to get the job done? More on that soon, Simmers!
There’s so much to share with you in the coming weeks, but we can’t sign off without mentioning a few special cameos coming to this pack. First up is Baby Ariel, a talented real-life signer and social media maven! Catch her around town and listen in as she performs songs in public places. I am super excited to announce that Sims Community has been invited by Electronic Arts to attend a very special event called Sims Camp happening this October in London!
Next week I’m going to have an exclusive hands-on experience with The Sims 4 Get Famous Expansion Pack as well as a hands-on experience with The Sims Mobile’s next major event which is planned for release this month.
Sims Camp will last for 2 days – on October 16th and October 17th. During this period I’ll be collecting new footage for the upcoming Sims content, bring all the information I possibly can and who knows – there may even be a few special livestreams on our YouTube channel directly from London 😉
After the event ends we’ll have a few days of embargo time so that everyone who attends the Sims Camp event will have enough time to prepare their footage and content.

The leaks just keep on giving!
With the accidental reveal that The Sims 4 Get Famous is the name of the next Expansion Pack we loaded up Origin.com, loaded a random Expansion Pack store and changed the pack name to get-famous.
The website loaded up but quickly got stopped by a 404 page. However, upon further inspection I noticed that the browser was still able to fully load up the new images.

TheSims.com has accidentally leaked today’s big reveal with some very important information (and render!)
They’ve revealed that the next Expansion Pack is called The Sims 4 Get Famous and that it’s coming out on November 16th.
We still have approximately 20 hours to go until The Sims Team fully announced The Sims 4’s sixth Expansion Pack and the community has already turned on their speculation mode.
The teaser that The Sims Team has posted shows a Sim posing for the paparazzis behind her. They also included some emojis with their tweet suggesting that the pack is all about that celebrity, fame life.

However, it seems that not everyone is a fan of what’s about to come for The Sims 4. While some players got deeply disappointed that the next pack isn’t University (and we have no idea where did they find a single clue that it’s gonna be the next EP) – some started comparing the yet-to-be-fully-announced Expansion Pack to Road To Fame 3rd party Mod Pack developed by Sacrifical.
This Mod Pack allows you to become a celebrity by performing various interactions and events, earn money through numerous opportunities and get stalked by crazy fans and paparazzis. It gets regular updates and is definitely one of the biggest mods in the community.
The upcoming Expansion Pack’s short .gif teaser shows a glimpse of what the pack is all about, however nothing is fully known until the full announcement tomorrow.
Still, that didn’t stop the community from comparing the upcoming pack to the Mod Pack, with comments such as:
Sacrifical wanted to clear the air with a few tweets on his profile, saying that he himself got inspiration for his Mod from The Sims 1 Superstar and The Urbz: Sims in The City games. He also wanted to clarify that this could only give more opportunities for his Mod Pack to grow:

Trustworthy Nordic Gaming Retail Website called Pan Vision has just listed The Sims 4 Expansion Pack 6 on their website, with a release date set for November 6th, 2018.
In case you don’t know this website also has listed The Sims 4 Seasons prematurely – just hours before its official full announcement!
The website hasn’t mentioned any specific details about this Expansion Pack other than the release date, but considering that The Sims Team has already released a teaser for a Celebrity Themed Pack we can assume that the 6th Expansion Pack is all about celebrities.
Although this isn’t a fully confirmed release date the story checks out considering that SimGuruModSquad has confirmed that The Sims 4 will be getting a brand new update with some code-changing novelties.

The tweet is in a form of a GIF saying nothing more than a few emojis that could be revealing the theme of the next pack for The Sims 4 as well as the fact that the full reveal is going to be happening tomorrow.
