The Sims 4 – How to add Custom Music into the game!

oh thank merciful god! All these bands i’ve never heard of, I won’t have to learn to begrudgely accept them as the “good music” in the sims. At least there’s rock, disco and 80s in the base game, right?

yes ok but there is no folder with my genre of choice :p aka METAL \M/ so again one point los for sims 4 think its about at -36 now on 10

To save on disk space, just create Symbolic links of your MP3s to your music folder.

@wasabi: just put the Metal mp3s in Alternative…at least thats what I did…better then not havin my fav Music in game 😛

That really cool, thx a lot, but do you know how to replace the original Sims 4 musical, so bland and boring, want them gone and replaced with my AWESOME music, couldn’t find it in the game file or the document files 🙂

All my songs (12 Gorillaz songs to be exact) won’t work. I have them in one of the pre set sims 4 stations and I’ve turned up the volume of the radio and to the station, but it won’t work.

Okay, I’ve finally gotten the in-game music working. But after I tell her to turn the stereo off, the music keeps playing!!!! Someone please help, I can’t figure out how to turn it off 😕

songs mostly shows music notes without a sound !!

I bought the sims 4 off origin and my game shows up in a folder labled the sims 4 and there is no music folder how do I add my music to my game?

I put one in but it won’t play
