Does anyone else see the problem with having to deliver a baby? NPC Sims won’t have babies on their own, so how will you ever be able to deliver one??

The career spawns random sims to be pregnant for that purpose.

You can edit the hospital while you’re on the property as a worker. You have to use the following cheat codes.

Open and close the cheat mode with Shift+Ctrl+C

Edit while on lot the code is: bb.enablefreebuild

See hidden medical objects is build mode code is: bb.showhiddenobjects

I took the time to redesign the lot as I found the layout awkward and a time waster.

My sim is in the medical field and not receiving all their pay? Why?

Alysianah Mystic (@Alysianah)

It’s based on their performance for sure – how many tasks they complete each shift. Some think that it’s also impacted by the over hospital performance – general patient management. I’m not sure about the latter. I get bonus pay almost everyday. I complete all tasks that pop-up right up until my shift ends. I get every patient at least admitted to a bed and do extra tasks not specifically listed.
