The Sims 4 7×7 Restriction Challenge!

In the simming community we like a good challenge and this is one that will certainly test your creativity and build mode skills! Think you could give it a good go? Here are the rules:
FrazySimming is a simmer in the community that creates content on Youtube showcasing his Create A Sim & Building skills. He came up with this awesome challenge so if you give it a go be sure to give him credit!
Rules:
- Max floor plan is 7×7
- Everything has to be functional
- It has to be made for 3 Sims or more
- Each sim Must have their own room unless you include a married
couple - You cannot build more than 3 floors
- Once something has been placed it can only be changed once
(Includes colours, windows, Wallpapers and flooring) - If you have a garden it counts as a floor whether its on roof or
ground - Max fund is 23,000 Simoleons
The build has to have a bedroom, bathroom & kitchen.
You can:
- Edit the walls as long as it stays in the 7×7 limit
- Take as long as you want
- Move the floor plan around as long as it stays 7×7
To make it harder:
- It has to be for 4 sims instead of 3
- Limit your Max funds to 18,000
- Once something has been placed it can’t be moved at all
- You have 15 mins to do it
