The Sims Mobile recently performed an update on the value of Home Tickets – specifically Super Home Tickets (blue ones) and Luxe Home Tickets (purple ones).
5 Super Home Tickets are now valued for 150 SimCash, while 5 Luxe Home Tickets are valued for 575 SimCash.
The value update has also changed how much Home Tickets you can earn after each Hobby / Career Event, giving you very rare possibilities to earn only 1 ticket per event.
However, it seems that not many objects rely on these tickets other than the ones which are truly expensive and valuable for your home.
