I don’t think so since the tweet mentions Bella and she doesn’t have a disablility…
Looks more like old Sims lore — in TS2 Bella was abducted from Pleansantview and appeared in Strangetown (but was really an imposter). Stragetown was like the real-life Area 51 that supposedly covered up an Alien crash in New Mexico!
