Just one day after releasing the official Sims 4 Royalty & Legacy CAS Trailer, The Sims Team surprised us again! Today we’ve gotten an official Sims 4 Royalty & Legacy Build Trailer, showcasing the new Lots, Apartments in Ondarion and the brand new Backrooms Lot type.

Showcased Sims 4 Royalty & Legacy Lots and Build Features
Dambele Palace
The first lot showcased in this Build trailer is the 50×50 Lot titled Dambele Palace, with gorgeous fountains and balconies.
Abrantes Estate (by Plumbob Kingdom)
This is a 30×30 Residental Lot created by builder Plumbob Kingdom!
Lakeview Apartments
There are two Apartment Lots coming with Ondarion in The Sims 4 Royalty & Legacy. One apartment lot was showcased in this feature video titled “Lakeview Apartments”. The Lakeview Apartment Lots contains two Units: one sized 23×15 and one 28×15.

The Backrooms: New Lot Type
We finally have a first look of the new Backrooms Lot Type, and what it contains deep down in the basements!
The Hardcover Backrooms Lot by Studio Gabri is a 20×20 lot, with normal libraries and communal areas on the ground floors. Several layers down the basement is the hidden hangout spot for Sims to show up and socialize!
