The Sims 4: Active Careers Term found in Game Code
Update #2: the Scientist Career description matches completely with the Tweet that Voice Actor Taylor Parks tweeted in December 2014!
Update: if we look back to the latest Survey that released in October 2014, you’ll see that there was an Expansion Pack idea that’s titled exactly as our finding down below: Active Careers!
While digging through various Game Files and Codes, our modder Zerbu has found an intriguing code line which was added with the December 2014 Update and it may just give us a first glimpse of Active Careers in The Sims 4!
Please note that since we don’t have any Career-related lots in The Sims 4 right now, this can only hint towards possible future content for the game.
Then ZoneDirector type to request for this Venue Type. This will be then default type for this Venue Type. It may be overridden by a system suchn as Active Careers (e.g. your house is a crime scene now).
This Code line was found in Simulation/venue_tuning Python script.

From logo development, packaging, color exploration and illustration “look and feel” all aspects of the new brand were created and scrutinized. Not only were assets created but also a Pipeline built to better supply marketing teams with the latest and greatest approved artwork for immediate release to awaiting fans.
The Sims 4 Announcement
With great excitement the Sims 4 was announced at Gamescon 2013 in Cologne, Germany. Artwork that illustrated the new look of the Sims 4 were presented to the world for the first time on the walls of the booth thirteen feet high. Going hand in hand with the announce ancillary packaging, branding, and illustrations were created for Sims 4 Base game, Premium Edition, and Special Edition packs.

The Sims 4 Mod: Smarter Baby Care

Seems like everytime a baby in The Sims 4 needs attention, a child goes to it and starts annoying it while it cries it’s little heart out effectively blocking an adult from getting to the baby and doing the right thing. Then, you get the child out of the way and the mother tries to feed the baby, bounce it up and down, talk to it, coo at it, or show it off to the neighbors even though it’s obviously soiled it’s diaper! I’m surprised they don’t try sticking the bottle into the wrong end as stupid as they can be.
Some people like that. I don’t, and if you don’t either then this mod is for you.
This mod tunes the autonomy of baby care interactions to make sims treat their newborns much more intelligently. Like, WAY more intelligently. Possibly too intelligently for some tastes as, let’s face it, in real life sometimes you really don’t have any clue why a baby is crying. But this isn’t real life, it’s a freaking game.

This mod allows you to choose how many babies you want to give birth.
You have to download one of these three flavours:
- 1 baby for sure: your sim will give birth to one baby. I included this because since the last patch (December 16), people are having too many twins and triplets.
- Twins for sure: your sim will give birth to twins.
- Triplets for sure: your sim will give birth to triplets.
Installation:
Unzip the package file to your Mods folder.Usage:
Having ONE flavour of this mod installed while your sim gives birth ensures you she will have the number of babies you want.
You don’t need to have any of them installed during the conception.
