The Sims 4 Seasons Expansion Pack comes with a weather controller, allowing you to directly manipulate Seasons with a click of a button.
The weather controller comes with 3 different sets of options, including:

With the weather controller you’ll be able to manipulate weather anytime from your lot. The weather controller is tightly tied with the Handiness Skill, meaning that skilled Sims will have a higher chance to change a Seasons, a Weather or a Forecast successfully, while unskilled Sims may get some “shocking” results, as it was mentioned in the livestream.
