A new Summer Season is starting!
The Sims Team has just announced a brand new Season for The Sims 4 shortly after the last Night time inspired one.
This one is called Rise & Shine and features these upcoming things:
- The Sims 4 High School Inspired Expansion Pack
- The Sims 4 Style Kit
- The Sims 4 Build Kit
- The Sims 4 Base Game Update
The upcoming Season for The Sims 4 lasts from July to September 2022 and will feature these new releases!

Knowing how they skimped on Cats and Dogs. I have no expectations for a ‘high school’ pack. Probably just 9th grade and we’ll need 5 game packs to get gym class and the other grades.

It’s irresponsible to state that the Expansion Pack will be “High School inspired” without clarifying that is speculation on this site’s part.
I’m aware that there’s potential high school teasers in the preview image and that there was a potential leak, but the actual announcement does not state that it’s “High School inspired” and this article is implicitly claiming that it does.
There’s already threads on Reddit linking here and stating that High School is the confirmed, announced EP theme when that isn’t the case.
I know! What is this post? Why include extra information that is completely unconfirmed. I am sure it is probably school related, but whoever wrote this has no more knowledge than we do looking at the graphic (and if they do, please, let us know it is official!). It is disappointing. People already get so worked up over announcements; there is no need to make it seem more exciting.
But do we KNOW that the expansion pack is high school? I see nothing on this announcement that clearly states that. Let’s not get ahead of ourselves.
There is what looks like a graduation hat and 2 pencils crossed in the bottom of the picture, but that’s all I can see as far as a school theme goes.
