A new EA Playtest survey has surfaced for The Sims 4.
Electronic Arts wants to know how you play the game in the latest official The Sims 4 Survey. If you’ve been a member of the EA playtest circles then you’ve probably received an invitation for a public Sims 4 survey, wrapped in this official email:
Hi Playtester!
We are eager to hear from you! Dive into a survey and share your thoughts on current and future concepts. Participation is entirely up to you, and while there’s no compensation, your feedback is the magic that fuels our creativity.
Take a moment to complete the survey at your own pace. There are no right or wrong answers-just your honest insights.
Thanks, – The EA Playtesting Team

The latest Sims 4 Survey questions cover general interest in how a player usually plays The Sims 4. Including different ways of taking care of different Households, which aspects players enjoys most and what keeps them motivated to play the game.

Here’s everything you can expect from the latest Sims 4 survey:
1. Thinking about how you usually play The Sims 4, what is the main thing that drives how you spend your time in the game? *

The production of a Sims 4 DLC takes a year, so it’s obvious there won’t be any more. That would take us to 2027, by which time a lot will have progressed on Project X, and maybe even the release date. They’re not going to go more than a year without releasing anything; that’s not EA’s style. They always need money coming in, and a year is still a long time.
They’ll never be able to sustain themselves for a full year with marketplace revenue; it’s small-scale content, and I also think they’re eager to release Project X to generate significant revenue, something they haven’t had since the end of the Sims 4 DLC. A company like this can’t operate solely on the marketplace for very long.
They’re probably trying to figure out what direction to take for Project X by finding out what the majority of people enjoy about Sims 4, so that they can be sure to prioritize those elements.

I’m sure that they are collecting this information to use it for prioritization for project X. I don’t believe there will be any new dlcs for ts4.

That’s the point of the Marketplace, bringing the cash in with no work required from EA.

They are still probably getting profit from sales of kits, stuff packs, game packs and expansions.
i wonder why you always put the link at the end xD
A link to the survey at the beginning of the article would be practical.
These surveys feel like they’re grasping at straws. Why are they asking us about Sims 4 content if they’re not actively making content for it?

For the Sims 4 no, it won’t happen.
