Wellness Skill: Sims can master their mind, body and emotions. Improve this skill through yoga, massage, and meditation to unlock the power to freeze needs and teleport!
Go with the flow with Yoga: Attend classes at a spa and master everything from the Half Moon pose to the Lord of the Dance pose to hone your Sim’s inner wellness.
