The Sims Team is currently having a really cool promotion where you can get a free object (Grim’s Ghoulish Guitar) by simply registering to their e-mail newsletter.
To get this free object, follow these steps:
- Visit the Newsletter page and sign up to your EA account. Make sure you tick the ”Yes, I want to receive emails…” box!
Note: if you’ve already signed up for the Newsletter before it doesn’t matter. Just do as prompted!
- You’re ready to rock!
Note: if you keep getting an error message, try clearing your cache or using a different browser!
- Your Grim’s Ghoulish Guitar is now waiting for you in your The Sims 4 game!

i keep getting error messages, i have clears all my cache and tried internet explorer instead of google chrome but it still doesn’t work , any suggestions?
I keep getting the error message, i have tried to use a different browser ad clearing my cache… What else can I do, I really want that guitar :/

I am also from Norway, I dont know if that has something to do with this

i had no problem getting the guitar in my game
When I complete all of this, I always get the ‘confirming’ mail from EA. But when I go on The Sims 4, I don’t have the guitar. I don’t know why it doesn’t work for me :/
