The Sims Team has launched a new promotion where you can get free rewards in both The Sims 4 and The Sims Mobile!
All that’s required for you is to type in the phone number in The Sims 4 Main Menu and you’ll unlock the brand new Interactive Family Portrait. For more information about unlocking the family portrait and the interactions that come with it, check out the video below.
Redeeming the Family Portrait in The Sims 4 will also give you new rewards in The Sims Mobile. Follow the video down below to learn how to redeem the Loyalty Rewards in The Sims Mobile:

What a cheap loyalty reward. It’s not worth the 18 years this franchise has gone through.
aaand I still can’t play sims mobile, because it is not available in Russia…

Now that the sims mobile is shutting down hopefully they will make the family portrait available to everyone.
