It isn’t on mine either and I am in NY. I guess the universe doesn’t want me to have it.
When I go to purchase the pack, it auto-tranfers me to a page where it wants me to buy the basegame deluxe update for a friend in Origin. And on the sims official page you can’t buy it either – it only says error 404. I hope I’m not the only one affected here…

I succeeded in buying it own the Sims 4 page just now, and then I closed and opened Origin and it said I had new content to download. It’s installing right now. Good luck to everyone!!
Hey, the same thing was happening to me. I logged out of my origin account and back into my account and it sorted itself out. Downloading the game now. Hope the is helps. X

I am having the same issue and logging in and out of Origin isn’t fixing the problem.
I had the same issue when I tried to purchase it from the launcher. I went to the Origin website to purchase it, then when I reopened the launcher it downloaded.
I’m in Canada and it’s not working
Can confirm, logging out and then back in does the trick. Downloading the game pack now 🙂 🙂
