SimGuruFrost has just made an announcement over on Twitter that the next Maxis Monthly Livestream will be held on May 7th at 11AM Pacific Time.
He also confirmed that this month’s Maxis Monthly stream won’t be revealing any new content or updates for The Sims 4. The focus of this livestream will be an “Ask Me Anything” session held with SimGuruLyndsay and SimGuruDuke.
Our Maxis Monthly starts May 7th @ 11 AM PT. We won’t be showing/announcing any new content. Instead we’ll do an AMA with @SimGuruLyndsay and @SimGuruDuke! Tweet us your questions using #AskDukeAMA and we will choose a few to answer on stream! https://t.co/Xl32WJd84V

I like how the survey asked how I felt/liked the maxis monthly so I specifically say no because it doesn’t tease or announce any new content… and now no new content again lol *sigh*

But we might get an EP announcement at the end of May or sooner if we’re lucky.

@Cody, to be fair, last month’s MM *did* show us new content, it was just that all of the content they showed was for the free update, and not any of the packs. 😉
Why it has to be done as a session where they can actually talk to the players every day if they want. Questions are being asked every day, but most of the time, they are being shut down and ignored. Engagement should be done every day, not periodically. Don’t waste the time and resources if they don’t even mean it.
