If I have the Sims 3 on Steam and on Origin, but all my packs are on steam how should I go about transferring them, if I want points

Copy the game key of your Sims 3 game from Steam, then paste it into Origin in the menu where it allows you to add a game; make sure you have not already installed Sims 3 from Steam.
I haven’t played the Sims 3 in years; Do they ever have a site wide sale on all content? Buying points while they are on sale sounds like a good deal but- I dont see why I should pay full price on old content

I would reccommend buying expansion packs from other people. I completed my collections in that way and i saved a lot of money. Everything worked great.

Thanks for replying! I already got all of the expansions/stuff packs from steam when they had a really good sale! Im more curious about the Sims Store content like Sunlit Tides and etc.
I have the Sims 3 on stream but I also have all the games on disc. Do I have to buy all streaming or can I combine them. If I can please let me know..Thanks a bunch.
