Unlike the premade Sims from so many previous packs, the premade Sims who live in Tomarang in The Sims 4 For Rent have a lot of cross-pack integration, especially with the Growing Together expansion. These premade Sims all already come with their own relationships, family dynamics, and milestones for players who own Growing Together. Even if you don’t own Growing Together, there is still plenty of interesting information about these premade Sims to explore in The Sims 4 For Rent, so let’s meet them!

There are a total of 4 households already living Tomarang and 1 household that is not in the world in The Sims 4 For Rent. Some are property owners, others are tenants, but they all have some kind of relationship with one another, whether familial or friendly.

• The building Thi lives in has 3 units; 2 are occupied by her and her family. The 3rd unit is empty. The empty unit is the one next to hers on the ground floor.
• Thi’s milestones and some of her preferences will not be visible unless the player owns the Growing Together expansion and any other packs that contain her preferences.
• Thi has the most unusual milestones out of everyone in Tomarang. She has been eaten by a cowplant and abducted by aliens. Most likely while working as a Secret Agent.
• Although Thi has a milestone for adopting a pet, she does not in fact own a pet. The pet may have died or been rehomed at some point prior in her life.
• Although Chahn is listed as Thi’s father in her relationship panel, the family tree shows that he is actually her stepfather. This may have been a deliberate move to reflect the close family bonds in Southeast Asian culture.

When it comes to the Linh-Sadya household, it certainly takes a village. Caring for both a child and elderly parents, Liên and Alon have their hands full. Luckily, with multiple streams of income, making rent is a breeze. A bustling house, on the other hand, is cause for some chaos. Luckily, it only takes a step outside to regain some peace.

• Going by the family dynamics of this household, Kasem seems like somewhat of a “mama’s boy” while Sud may have issues living up to his grandmother’s harsh expectations as he gets older.
